【正文】 x I (Detailed personnel arrangement can be seen on Technical Bidding II). 項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理部設(shè)置主要人員職能表 序號 職 務(wù) 人數(shù) 責(zé) 任 內(nèi) 容 1 項(xiàng)目經(jīng)理 1 公司法人代表的項(xiàng)目管理委托人 ,負(fù)責(zé)工程全過程與業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、總包的協(xié)調(diào) ,代表公司對業(yè)主負(fù)責(zé)。 2 商務(wù)經(jīng)理 1 負(fù)責(zé)本項(xiàng)目的商務(wù)工作 ,包括合同管理、材料訂貨合同管理、經(jīng)濟(jì)洽商等工作。 3 項(xiàng)目執(zhí)行經(jīng)理 1 負(fù)責(zé)施工過程中各工序管理、監(jiān)督、控制 ,全面負(fù)責(zé)工程施工中的經(jīng)濟(jì)工作。 17 4 主任工程師 1 負(fù)責(zé)全過程的生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)工作 ,解決施工過程中發(fā)生的生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)及設(shè)計問題 ,負(fù)責(zé)施工過程的生產(chǎn)、技術(shù)管理。 5 深化設(shè)計師 1 負(fù)責(zé)全過程的施工圖紙深化以及與設(shè)計公司進(jìn)行溝通 ,解決施工過程中的設(shè)計問題。 6 機(jī)電工程師 (電氣 ) 1 負(fù)責(zé)電氣部分施工管理和質(zhì)量檢查工作 ,指導(dǎo)施工。 7 機(jī)電工程師 (空調(diào)及給排水 ) 1 負(fù)責(zé)空調(diào)改造和給排水改造施工管理和質(zhì)量檢查工作。 8 環(huán)境工程師 1 負(fù)責(zé)全過程中的環(huán)境質(zhì)量管理 , 貫徹環(huán)境管理體系(ISO14001)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。 9 質(zhì)量工程師 1 負(fù)責(zé)施工過程中的質(zhì)量監(jiān)督、檢查、控制 10 安全工程師 1 負(fù)責(zé)施工全過程的安全監(jiān)督、檢查、控制 11 裝飾責(zé)任工程師 1 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)管理工作。 12 資料員 1 負(fù)責(zé)日常生產(chǎn)資料收集、整理 ,并按城建管理規(guī)定整理施工文檔。 13 材料員 1 負(fù)責(zé)項(xiàng)目生產(chǎn)材料采購及管理工作。 Major Functioneries of Project Management Department No. Position People Responsibility 1 Project Manager 1 Being the project management authorizee of legal representative of pany, in charge of the coordination among the entire project process with the owner, supervisors and general contractor, and responsible for the owner on behalf of the pany. 2 Business Manager 1 In charge of the mercial work of this Project, including the contract management, material order contract management, economic negotiation, and so on. 18 3 Executive Manager 1 In charge of the management, supervision and control of all procedures during the construction, and fully responsible for the economic work. 4 Director Engineer 1 In charge of the production and technical work of the entire process, solving all the production, technical and design problems arising from the construction, and responsible for the production and technical management. 5 Designers 1 In charge of the construction drawing deepening and munication with the design pany and solving all the design problems from the construction. 6 M amp。 E Engineers (Electrical) 1 In charge of the construction management and quality examination for the electrical parts and guiding the construction. 7 M amp。 E Engineers (Airconditioning and water supply amp。 drainage) 1 In charge of the airconditioning renovation and the construction management and quality examination for the water supply amp。 drainage. 8 Environmental Engineers 1 In charge of the environmental quality management during the construction, and implementing the ISO14001 International Environmental Management System. 9 Quality Engineers 1 In charge of the quality supervision, examination and control during the construction. 10 Safety Engineers 1 In charge of the safety supervision, examination and control during the construction. 11 Decoration Engineers 1 In charge of the production management. 12 Data Processors 1 In charge of collecting and handling of daily production data, and work out the construction files according to the regulations of the urban management. 13 Materials Clerk 1 In charge of the purchase and management of production materials for the Project. 施工協(xié)調(diào)管理 19 Construction Coordination and Management 與業(yè)主、監(jiān)理工程師工作的協(xié)調(diào) 在施工全過程中 ,嚴(yán)格按照經(jīng)業(yè)主及監(jiān)理工程師批準(zhǔn)的《施工組織設(shè)計》進(jìn) 行施工 ,并在自檢和專檢的基礎(chǔ)上 ,按照分部分項(xiàng)向監(jiān)理報驗(yàn) ,并根據(jù)監(jiān)理意見及時予以整改。 Coordination with the owner and supervisors The construction shall be conducted by strictly following the Construction Oragization Design approved by the owner and supervisors, and be corrected timely on the basis of selfexamination and special examination, acceptance by the supervisors for part and detailed project, and the opinions of supervisors. 勞動力配備及主要機(jī)具配備 （請參閱附件一及附件二） Equipment of Labor Force and Main Machines and Tools (Pls see attachment 1amp。2) 勞動力配備 經(jīng)理部將組織專業(yè)裝修人員在各施工區(qū)域內(nèi)同時進(jìn)行施工 ,配齊相應(yīng)作業(yè)內(nèi)容的工種人員、機(jī)具設(shè)備等。工程中標(biāo)后 ,我公司立即組織已為該工程施工布署的各種專業(yè)施工人員 ,進(jìn)入施工現(xiàn)場進(jìn)行施工。目前我公司已經(jīng)組織準(zhǔn)備好了完全可以滿足本工程施工需要的各工種勞動力 . 勞動力配備計劃表詳見 附件 一 。 Equipment of Labor Force The Management Department will anize professional decoration workers to carry out construction simultaneously at different construction regions, and equip with corresponding workers, machines and equipments. As soon as the Company wins the bidding, we will immediately anize the workers to mence the construction on the site. At present, the Company has fully prepared all the labor forces that can satisfy the construction needs. The plan of labor forces can be seen in Appendix Ⅰ . 施工主要機(jī)具 手動機(jī)械將根據(jù)進(jìn)度情況提前進(jìn)場。機(jī)具由經(jīng)理部根據(jù)本工程的需要配備 ,主要施工用具請參閱附件 二 。 Machines and Tools The manual machineries shall access to the construction site in advance according to the construction progress. The machines and tools are equipped by the Management 20 Department according to the project needs, which can refer to Appendix II. 施工總體安排 Overall Construction Arrangement 為保證工期順利進(jìn)行 ,我經(jīng)理部將組織同時全面施工 ,并對本工程進(jìn)行全面展開施工 ,確保施工進(jìn)度計劃得以順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。 裝修選料、用色等經(jīng)業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、等有關(guān)人員認(rèn)可 ,方能定貨和大面積施工。 以樣板引路 ,在大規(guī)模裝修前先完成樣板工序的施工 ,在得 到業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、設(shè)計人員的認(rèn)可后 ,再以此為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行大面積施工 ,保證裝修質(zhì)量。 為加快施工進(jìn)度 ,加強(qiáng)施工管理 ,我們將全部采用專業(yè)施工管理模式 ,按分項(xiàng)工程組織專業(yè)班組進(jìn)行施工。開始施工前 ,對各專業(yè)班組進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的技術(shù)交底和必要的操作培訓(xùn) ,施工時要保持人員的穩(wěn)定。 Overall Construction Arrangement In order to plete the project smoothly, the Management Department will anize the allround construction simultaneously. The selection of decoration materials and colors shall be approved by the owner and supervisors before the order is made and construction is carried out. Guided by the samples, the sample constructions shall be pleted prior to the large decorations. When the samples are approved by the owner, supervisors and designers, large constructions can be conducted with them as the standard, with a view to ensuring the decoration quality. In order to accelerate the construction and enhance the management, we will adopt the professional construction management mode and carry out the construction in specialized teams according to the part and detailed project.
