As soon as the Company wins the bidding, we will immediately anize the workers to mence the construction on the site. At present, the Company has fully prepared all the labor forces that can satisfy the construction needs. The plan of labor forces can be seen in Appendix Ⅰ . 施工主要機(jī)具 手動機(jī)械將根據(jù)進(jìn)度情況提前進(jìn)場。機(jī)具由經(jīng)理部根據(jù)本工程的需要配備 ,主要施工用具請參閱附件 二 。 Machines and Tools The manual machineries shall access to the construction site in advance according to the construction progress. The machines and tools are equipped by the Management 20 Department according to the project needs, which can refer to Appendix II. 施工總體安排 Overall Construction Arrangement 為保證工期順利進(jìn)行 ,我經(jīng)理部將組織同時全面施工 ,并對本工程進(jìn)行全面展開施工 ,確保施工進(jìn)度計劃得以順利實(shí)現(xiàn)。 裝修選料、用色等經(jīng)業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、等有關(guān)人員認(rèn)可 ,方能定貨和大面積施工。 以樣板引路 ,在大規(guī)模裝修前先完成樣板工序的施工 ,在得 到業(yè)主、監(jiān)理、設(shè)計人員的認(rèn)可后 ,再以此為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)進(jìn)行大面積施工 ,保證裝修質(zhì)量。 為加快施工進(jìn)度 ,加強(qiáng)施工管理 ,我們將全部采用專業(yè)施工管理模式 ,按分項(xiàng)工程組織專業(yè)班組進(jìn)行施工。開始施工前 ,對各專業(yè)班組進(jìn)行詳細(xì)的技術(shù)交底和必要的操作培訓(xùn) ,施工時要保持人員的穩(wěn)定。 Overall Construction Arrangement In order to plete the project smoothly, the Management Department will anize the allround construction simultaneously. The selection of decoration materials and colors shall be approved by the owner and supervisors before the order is made and construction is carried out. Guided by the samples, the sample constructions shall be pleted prior to the large decorations. When the samples are approved by the owner, supervisors and designers, large constructions can be conducted with them as the standard, with a view to ensuring the decoration quality. In order to accelerate the construction and enhance the management, we will adopt the professional construction management mode and carry out the construction in specialized teams according to the part and detailed project.
