【正文】 ent of Scientific Development on Farmer TrainingXu Dongmei1,2（1．School of Agriculture and Biology ,Shanghai Jiao Tong University，201600；2．FengXian Agricultural Broadcasting and Television School，201400）Abstract：Since the reform and opening up policy carried out, the upward trend of general development of the rural area has been witnessed by the world．However，with its history related problem, issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers are facing negative impact from macroeconomic development and social values. It is not allowed to avoid the new contradictions from development from time to time. The new items such as rural migrant workers, threenothing farmers and old and youngest stayathome villages have appeared, which reflects profound issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers. It is a long way to educate farmers with quality matching new countryside development. It needs rational assessment and thinking. This article studied on some phenomena during farmer training in order to find out some constructive proposal for the sound development of farmer training.
