The maximum deviation of the core density distribution is only kg/m3. The foam achieved pressive strength (10%.defl) of 170kPa, thermal conductivity of , dimensional stability of %,at core density of kg/m3 .The result shows that this system meet pletely the production of appliances.Keywords: polyurethane。 rigid foam。 cyclopentane。 blowing agent。 premixed polyols作者簡(jiǎn)介: 石芳錄 男,碩士,高級(jí)工程師,1984年獲蘭州大學(xué)物理系半導(dǎo)體物理專業(yè)理學(xué)學(xué)士,1987年畢業(yè)于中國(guó)空間技術(shù)研究院低溫技術(shù)專業(yè),獲碩士學(xué)位。1987年起從事航天隔熱材料性能測(cè)試與評(píng)價(jià),從1989年起一直致力于冰箱、夾芯板、管道隔熱用聚氨酯硬泡替代技術(shù)及產(chǎn)品的開發(fā)及推廣,先后參加并完成低氟、無(wú)氟發(fā)泡技術(shù)和聚氨酯真空隔熱板等課題研究。 Email: sfl@. BiographyShi Fanglu: graduated from Lanzhou University in 1984 with a B. Sc in solid physics and obtained his in Cryogenic Engineer from Chinese Academy of Space Technology (CAST) in 1987. Till 1989,he had participated in research of aerospace insulating materials, and mainly undertaken measurement and evaluation on the thermal physical and mechanical properties of PU rigid foam at low temperature.
