引起的與加工方法有關(guān)的加工方法誤差Δg[11]。為了使夾具能加工出合格的工件,上述各項(xiàng)誤差的總和應(yīng)不超過(guò)工序尺寸(或位置要求)的公差Δk。即 Δdw+Δa+Δt+Δg<Δk 對(duì)夾具而言: 工件在夾具中的定位誤差在前面已經(jīng)分析。即Δdw=;夾具的安裝誤差Δa,夾具的安裝誤差是夾具在機(jī)床上安裝時(shí),因夾具的安裝面偏離了規(guī)定的位置,從而使原始基準(zhǔn)發(fā)生移動(dòng)而在工序尺寸產(chǎn)生的偏差,采用定位鍵進(jìn)行定位,則安裝誤差Δa=;刀具位置誤差Δt的確定,刀具位置誤差是刀具相對(duì)于夾具位置不準(zhǔn)確引起的誤差,或刀具與導(dǎo)向、對(duì)刀元件間的配合間隙引起的導(dǎo)向或?qū)Φ墩`差,這項(xiàng)誤差又稱刀具調(diào)整誤差,則Δt=;加工方法誤差Δg,因?yàn)榧庸し椒ㄕ`差具有很大的偶然性,很難進(jìn)行精確的計(jì)算,因此常?。?/3~1/2)Δk作為加工方法和精度儲(chǔ)備之用,則Δg==。所以,按概率法相加得經(jīng)過(guò)計(jì)算則這個(gè)定位方式是可行的,滿足夾具精度要求,整個(gè)夾具設(shè)計(jì)合理。見(jiàn)附頁(yè)4結(jié) 論本課題開(kāi)發(fā)研制的鉆孔組合機(jī)床,用于加工離合器壓盤的四個(gè)孔。在開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中,針對(duì)加工過(guò)程中存在的難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了攻關(guān)。在鉆床的設(shè)計(jì)上采取了一系列的措施,保證了被加工孔的加工精度。主要完成了以下工作:對(duì)離合器壓盤的四個(gè)孔的加工工藝進(jìn)行了分析研究,明確了四個(gè)孔加工的技術(shù)要求和工藝要點(diǎn)。恰當(dāng)?shù)剡x擇了機(jī)床的切削參數(shù),動(dòng)力頭及液壓滑臺(tái)驅(qū)動(dòng)機(jī)構(gòu)的結(jié)構(gòu)參數(shù)。采用Z軸液壓滑臺(tái)驅(qū)動(dòng)動(dòng)力頭和多軸箱實(shí)現(xiàn)進(jìn)給,Y軸驅(qū)動(dòng)工件實(shí)現(xiàn)兩工位運(yùn)動(dòng)。制定了Y、Z軸液壓滑臺(tái)的進(jìn)給工作循環(huán)。經(jīng)分析證明可以滿足工藝要求。設(shè)計(jì)了穩(wěn)定可靠的多軸箱和鉆模板,從而保證了被加工孔的精度要求。根據(jù)通用、經(jīng)濟(jì)的原則,選擇了刀具,滿足了工藝的需要。設(shè)計(jì)的鉆孔組合機(jī)床,保證了加工孔的生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量,提高工效3倍以上,加工成本大幅下降。本項(xiàng)工作還有許多值得完善的地方,例如:裝夾、定位由人工完成,效率較低;自動(dòng)化程度有待提高等問(wèn)題。這些問(wèn)題通過(guò)改進(jìn)設(shè)計(jì)、完善工藝、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)的不斷實(shí)踐、總結(jié),必將會(huì)得到進(jìn)步的提高。參 考 文 獻(xiàn):[1] 徐旭東、周菊琪.現(xiàn)代組合機(jī)床技術(shù)及其發(fā)展[M]. 1012.[2] [J].交通與計(jì)算機(jī),2004 2728.[3] [J].交通與計(jì)算機(jī),1989 6163.[4] [M].北京: 7276.[5] 華東紡織工學(xué)院、哈爾濱工業(yè)大學(xué)、[S]. 8688.[6] [M]:北京: 68.[7] [M]:四川: 100102.[8] [M]. 2326.[9] 章宏甲,[M]. 3638.[10] [J]. 42~44.[11] 摘自《1993~1994 Economic Handbook of the Machine Tool Industry》Machine Tool DesignGuo Benshuai(Mechanical and Electronic Engineering Department of Dezhou University, Dezhou Shandong, 253023)Abstract: Drill hole modular machine tool is based on the workpiece processing needs, with a large number of mon parts for the foundation, with a small number of dedicated ponents of special machine tool.
