Designbuilding sit e sur vey and 對基地內的現有水系進行整合,以貫穿規(guī)劃區(qū)南北的主水系組織生態(tài)共享帶,串起大大小小幾十個園林空間,并在中央放大為湖面。水的浪漫氣息自由穿行于理性的校園建筑之間形成的自由與優(yōu)雅的曲線空間,與嚴謹、工整的放形建筑體系,在對比與沖突中形成有機整體,共同構筑整個校區(qū)景觀形象的支撐骨架。 (四)集中與分散相結合的用地模式 本方案充分考慮地形特點,采用集中與分散相結合的用地模式,利用東側相對平坦的地形,集中布置教學區(qū)、體育運動區(qū)和公共中心區(qū),用地西側充分結合山體、水體,依山就勢,相對分散布置學生生活區(qū)和教工生活區(qū),這是一種在集中基礎上的 “ 有機生長、有機分散 ” 的用地模式。 (五)著眼于大環(huán)境的景觀設計構想 白云區(qū)鐘落潭鎮(zhèn)山水相依,景觀環(huán)境優(yōu)越,仲愷農業(yè)技術學院新校區(qū)落戶于鐘落潭鎮(zhèn),應對周邊環(huán)境質量的提升做出積極的貢獻。本方案的景觀設計構想突破用地紅線的限制,校區(qū)整體景觀結構充分利用周邊的山體等有利造景因素,利用對景、借景、景觀視廊、生態(tài)通廊等手段,強化校區(qū)內外的景觀聯系,構造生態(tài)校園。 (六)注重交流的新型校園空間 設計中尤其注重交往空間的位置。由北入口引入的禮儀景觀軸同時起到疏導主人流、信息流的作用 ,將各功能區(qū)聯系起來,同時也是校際交流的重要場所。組團內采用連廊聯系,為師生之間的交流和信heat ing, vent ilat ion, and ot her f act ors.
