可通過共混合金提高ABS的耐熱性;改善PP的強度和彎曲模量,用作耐熱阻燃材料用作半滲透材料,過濾腐蝕性物質(zhì)還可做機械零部件,如齒輪、照相機殼等等。隨著加工應(yīng)用研究的深入,可開拓更多的應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域。如上所述,sPS是一種正在開發(fā)中的具有優(yōu)異特性和潛在應(yīng)用市場的新型工程塑料。隨著茂金屬催化劑研究的深人,工業(yè)化已有了堅實的基礎(chǔ)。價格性能綜合優(yōu)勢很有可能使它成為工程塑料系列中的一個新成員。正是由于有著廉價的原料和優(yōu)良的性能,有關(guān)sPS的合成和加工應(yīng)用的研究越來越受到人們的重視。綜上所述,間規(guī)聚苯乙烯特點突出,其共混物作為工程塑料在電子電器、汽車部件、特種纖維和包裝材料等方面有廣泛的應(yīng)用前景。對苯乙烯的間規(guī)聚合研究在催化劑和聚合工藝研究方面已經(jīng)取得了很大的進展。然而,sPS畢竟是一種全新的塑料品種,無論是在催化劑、聚合條件與方法、生產(chǎn)工藝研究,還是在應(yīng)用性能研究等方面距完全商品化還有一段距離。筆者認為sPS商品化除了其工藝問題之外,它的性能和應(yīng)用研究更為重要。參考文獻[1]Ishihara N, Seimiya T, Kuramoto M, Hoi M.
