【正文】 論云南花卉產業(yè)產業(yè)作為云南省五大支柱產業(yè)之一，對云南省的經濟增長的貢獻率逐年增加。近些年，隨著我國經濟平穩(wěn)、持續(xù)的發(fā)展，人民生活水平的不斷提高，以及大眾消費觀念的不斷變化，市場對花卉的需求也在迅速增長，為云南省花卉產業(yè)的迅速崛起提供良好市場基礎。云南省花卉產業(yè)取得了突出的成績，在國內市場份額在逐漸的增強，出口貿易形勢也非常樂觀。然而云南花卉產業(yè)的出口貿易卻仍然面臨很多問題，例如，花卉產品缺乏國際競爭力、自主知識產權發(fā)展滯后、產業(yè)規(guī)模效應未得到充分發(fā)揮、社會化服務體系落后、花卉運銷物流體系不健全、 “云花” 出口受旱災影響等問題。針對這些問題，本文以云南花卉產業(yè)發(fā)展及出口現狀的研究作為出發(fā)點，來尋求促進云南花卉出口途徑。本文指出了云南花卉產業(yè)在出口方面遇到的問題，并系統(tǒng)地分析了這些問題對云南花卉產業(yè)產生影響的原因。最后，針對云南花卉產品出口的實際情況，從云南花卉產業(yè)出口的角度出發(fā)，提出了幾點相應的建設性對策，以促進云南花卉產業(yè)的出口和發(fā)展。本文提出的解決影響云南花卉產業(yè)出口的問題的對策如下:提高云南花卉產品質量，構建完善的“云花”新型營銷體系并強化強化針對云南花卉產品輿論宣傳，以樹立云南花卉良好的國際產業(yè)形象；重知識產權和倡導自主研發(fā)加強國際交流與合作，做好智力引進工作，不斷注重花卉知識產權保護，以改善云南花卉產業(yè)自主知識產權現狀；加大政策對云南花卉產業(yè)的扶持力度，促進花農與大型花卉企業(yè)合作，并加強區(qū)域合作組織和行業(yè)協(xié)會的建設，以充分發(fā)揮產業(yè)規(guī)模效應。化相關部門的服務職能,建健全的社會化服務體系，花卉物流體系，提高整體的運輸能力,加強公路運輸， 改善出口花卉物流運輸條件，加強政府宏觀調控，建設花卉營銷物流“綠色通道” ；產業(yè)的支持，加強花卉產業(yè)抗災物質貯備和資金投入，建立和完善農業(yè)保險制度，以抵御干旱等自然災害對云南花卉的影響。今后，世界花卉產業(yè)仍將保持旺盛的發(fā)展趨勢，花卉的消費市場仍以歐洲、美國、日本等發(fā)達國家為中心，但是也將會有明顯的變化：一是花卉的生產和種植將逐步向發(fā)展中國家轉移；二是花卉產業(yè)將逐步實現貿易的國際化和自由化；三是世界花卉格局基本形成。云南省應充分利用外部機遇和內部優(yōu)勢，加快本省花卉產業(yè)的國際化發(fā)展。哈爾濱理工大學學士學位論文19致 謝時光如梭，轉眼間四年的大學生活將要結束。回想這四年的學習和生活，有太多的事情讓我珍惜，有太多的人讓我感激。本論文從最初的選題到定稿，前后經歷半年多的時間，在此期間得到了老師、同學、朋友們的莫大支持和幫助，在此向你們表示我最真誠的謝意。首先，我要感謝我的導師馬晶梅老師，在她的細心指導和幫助下，我才能順利完成論文。馬老師廣博的專業(yè)知識，認真嚴謹的治學態(tài)度使我受益匪淺。特別是從本論文最初選題再到寫作過程中，都給與我非常珍貴的啟發(fā)和鼓勵。在此，我對馬老師提供的幫助指導表示真誠的感謝。同時我要感謝給予我熱心幫助和大力支持的同學、朋友們，感謝你們對我論文的資料收集、整理，論文寫作過程中提供了極大的幫助和指導。另外，還要感謝哈爾濱理工大學經濟學院的的老師們對我這四年學習和生活上的指導幫助。最后祝所有老師同學們身體健康，工作順利。哈爾濱理工大學學士學位論文20參考文獻1 RobinsB. On the basis of elementary theory of supply chain management，the four factors that restrict the effective development of supply chain of flower industry in Yunnan Province are analyzed． In the end，the countermeasures on perfecting thesupply chain management of flower industry in Yunnan Province are put forward．1 The elementary theory of supply chain managementSupply chain management ( SCM) first appeared in the primary stage of 1980s and it was put forward by the consulting industry． But until around the year of 1990， the definition of supply chain management from the perspective of theory was put forward． The supply chain management takes consumers39。 demand as direction，key enterprises as pillar and builds effective alliances among enterprises in the different stages of creating values to smoothen intensive management． The supply chain management involves four fields，which cover supply，schedule plan，logistics and four 哈爾濱理工大學學士學位論文22fields are supported by various technologies，the Inter and Intra in the advanced munication technologies,the information share can be realized，and then the intensive management of various fields can be materialized as well.2 Problems in the supply chain of flower industry in Yunnan ProvinceAt present，the flower industry in Yunnan Province bees more and more mature in the sections of seed breeding,planting，packaging，transportation ，marketing，retailing and soon and the relatively plete industrial chain have been formed primarily． The logistics sections of flower in fresh keeping，freezing，standard processing and packaging and timely transportation bee more and more important． However，the logistic sections in flower industry of Yunnan Province still has a long way to go paring with the flower planting in advancedcountries． The lowend packaging has seriously affected the quality of flowers In April，2022 ，Yunnan Province issued the Yunflower ，which stipulated the packaging and transportation standard of flowers． In view of the various kinds of followers， Yunnan government stipulated the targeted specific packaging and transportation standards. However，the standards have not been implemented.
