The regulation of average waiting time,journey time and energy consumption is an optimization problem. Elevator group control systems(EGCSs) are the control systems that systematically manage three or more elevators in order to efficiently transport passengers. Group elevator parking and scheduling is a wellknown problem in industrial control and operations research with significant practical implication. This study aims to improve the elevator group control system39。s performance by applying scheduling algorithm. Firstly, average passenger waiting time can be reduced. We develop a probabilistic model of how these arrivals affect the behaviour of elevator cars at the lobby, and demonstrate how this model can be used to very significantly reduce the average waiting time of all passengers. One important trend to improve elevator systems is to collect advance traffic , it remains a challenge to develop new scheduling methods which can effectively utilize such information. We present an efficient scheduling for exact calculation and minimization of expected waiting times of all passengers using a bank of sensor is used for identification of velocity of passenger which allows the limited people inside the elevator and IR sensor is used to detect capacity of space inside the elevator. An RFID tag on a person may allow the system to sense when the person is approaching an elevator and which floor is likely to be the destination and it should be scheduled in a higher priority manner by using an RFID.In modern days life elevator plays an vital role in all places. Waiting for the elevator makes so much frustration among the peoples. All of them are trying to reduce the time consumption in day to day life. Avoiding the above problem, in this paper using the group elevator for time reduction. The increase of population density in buildings in parallel to the structure of urbanization has led to the emergence of a group controlled elevator systems. A recent development in elevator industry is considered and it is assumed that instead of direction indicators there are destination button panels at floors that allow passengers to specify their destinations. The group elevator system is intended to reduce the average waiting time of passengers and provide energy efficiency. When a new passenger arrives and requests elevator service by pressing a hallcall button, the group controller must assign the passenger to an elevator car with the goal of minimizing his/her waiting time, as well as the waiting times of all existing and future passengers. Ideally, a group elevator controller would pute the marginal costs of all possible assignments with regard to all sources of uncertainty before making a decision. Nevertheless, traditional elevator scheduling methods do not have mechanisms to utilize advance information collected, and it remains an open and challenging issue to develop new ones which can effectively utilize such information. This problem is difficult because of various traffic patterns, plicated car dynamics, and binatorial explosion of the search space. Therefore it is necessary to develop group control.IR SENSORA infrared sensor (IR sensor) is an electronic sensor that infrared light radiating from objects in its field of view. They are mostly used in PIR based motion detections. PIR based motion detections is used to sense movement of people, animals or (IR) light is electromagnetic radiation with longer wavelengths than those of visible light, extending from the nominal red edge of the visible spectrum at 700 nanometers (nm) to 1 mm. This range of wavelengths corresponds to a frequency range of approximately 430 THz down to 300 GHz. Most of the thermal radiation emitted by objects near room temperature is infrared. If any object cross between the transmitter and the receiver then the output will be generated by the sensor as voltage. The different mechanism is used to focus the distant infrared energy onto sensor surface.LCD DISPLAYA liquidcrystal display (LCD) is a flat panel display, electronic visual display, or video display that uses the light modulating properties of liquid crystals. Liquid crystals do not emit light .LCDs are available to display arbitrary images, which are made up of a large number of small pixels, while other displays have larger elements.
