Pro / e powerful ponents include design, product group legislation, mold development, NC machining, sheet metal design, casting design, design, automatic measurement, simulation design, stress analysis, database management and many other features. Its appearance has changed the traditional CAD / CAM operations, parameters associated to spend the whole design and database design to make our products easier, significantly reducing product development time users. In this paper, a detailed account of the injection mold design and manufacture of the whole process of mold throughout the design include: the choice of injection molding machine, mold and die size calculation PROE design and processing. The choice of injection molding machine including the terms of the volume of products, injection molding machine according to the size of the election. Into account factors including the size of mold opening stroke mode, the thickness calculation, the cavity, the determination of core size, clamping force calculation, the introduction of force, the release structure design, the design of gating system, other parts of the selection, cooling system design. Mold design can be widely used in manufacturing to meet the basic requirement. Keywords: CNC technology, injection mold, mold design and processing PROE.
