Examples: electrodes, interchangeable inserts or cores, fixtures, tools, equipment such as temperature controllers, etc. 2) 備用件是已安裝于模具上，現(xiàn)把所示額外數(shù)量交付客戶以備隨時維修用。 Spare parts: Parts were already installed on the mold, but extra quantities were included for emergency maintenance use. 3) 在此清單示出但無數(shù)量者為易損件，不連模具交客戶但建議客戶適量存貨備用。 Parts shown on the list but without quantity are just remended stock items for maintenance, they are not included in this shipment. １６ 手冊內(nèi)容 六．模具檢驗單 FINAL INSPECTION REPORT 一、 模具結(jié)構(gòu)檢驗： Visual inspection: 具外形尺寸，法蘭直徑，唧咀孔及球面半徑，頂出孔位置和大小符合要求； Size of mold suitable to the injection machine. 頂針，螺絲，水咀，膠圈規(guī)格正確； Ejector pin,screw,plug,oring,etc.,all of standard parts are proper. 行位已裝有限位保護； Slides protected by Safeblock. 頂出距離有限位塊限制； Ejector stroke protected by Safeblock. 電線插座已按要求安裝，各接線端子已按要求連接； Electrical ponents,sockets and plugs,wiring etc.,are intact and in working clearly marked and properly connected. 二．模具動作檢驗： 模具開閉正常 ； Mold open/close smoothly and normal. 行位運動順滑，無異常聲響； Slides ran smoothly and normal. 斜頂頂出順滑，復(fù)位平穩(wěn) 。 Lifter ran smoothly and normal. １７ 手冊內(nèi)容 六．模具檢驗單 FINAL INSPECTION REPORT 油唧控制平穩(wěn)，無沖擊，無泄漏； Hydraulic cylinders ran smoothly and normal. 產(chǎn)品頂出正常 。 Ejector plates ran smoothly and normal. 冷卻運水流動暢通，無泄漏； Water flow with no blockage nor leakage. 連續(xù)啤大辦 件 / 小時，啤時模具正常，啤出 樣辦合格。 Continuous moldind for__shots__hours,mold ran normally and parts passed inspection. 三、裝箱檢驗： Packing inspection: 模具表面平整，無凹坑，銹跡等不良缺陷；已按要求進行表面噴漆； External surfaces cleaned up, rust removed, markings repainted 鎖模片已收緊； Mold P/L strap(s) installed and tightened. 各板號字碼，運水標記，吊令孔字碼清晰可見； Markings for waterline、 identification、 eyebolt etc. stamped. 已涂防銹保護油，并外用薄膜包好； Inumction protect against rustiness. 依包裝要求裝箱 ,備件、附件數(shù)量點齊及裝妥 Packed according to packaging standard and specification. １８ 手冊內(nèi)容 七．用戶意見反饋書 Client’s Comment and Suggestion 我司為貴公司制作的模具交付貴司，經(jīng)使用后是否滿意，或者對此套模具有些什么意見或建議，請賜告。 It will be much appreciated if you can spare a few minutes to ment and feedback on the tool. 模具動作方面 Mold action 模具的操作方面 Mold operation 其他方面 Other area 建議人： by: 日 期： 年 月 日 date:
