Select Sweet potato，then we could get the product by the way of saccharification and fermentation ，The Fermentation Liquid, forms during fermentation, go through the preheater, then exchange the heat with the alcohol steam came from the rectification column. Then we could get 95% medical alcohol after going through the Crude distillation tower, refining in the rectification column. Then do the material balance and the heat, pute the condenser equipment selection. Use AutoCAD software to draw the technological flow chart with control points, equipment layout of distillation , workshop layout, workshop layout, and main equipment drawing. The F1 Valve tower kind crude distillation tower be used. Plate number to 8, tower Drive m , board spacing m. The F1 Valve tower kind distillation tower be used. Plate number to 24, tower Drive m , board spacing m. The direct steam heating is used the bottom of the tower ,the concentration percent 0f the alcohol discharged from the tower top is 95%(mass fraction),directly sent into the reflux condenser for further purification.Keyword: Medical Alcohol ；Distillation 。The Technical Design 心得體會(huì)通過本次論文的寫作過程中，收獲了很多東西。從題目的確定后，就通過各種途徑查找所需要的資料，閱讀并將整理好，再進(jìn)行論文撰寫，多次交予導(dǎo)師批改。在每一次的修改中，導(dǎo)師都對(duì)論文寫作的各個(gè)方面嚴(yán)格把關(guān)，大到論文的設(shè)計(jì)方案，小到標(biāo)點(diǎn)符號(hào)的規(guī)范使用。導(dǎo)師教給我的是做學(xué)術(shù)的基本素養(yǎng)。一份畢業(yè)論文讓我成長不少，讓我明白真正做好一件事情是很不容易的，也深深地感受到所學(xué)的知識(shí)遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不夠，以后應(yīng)該充分利用時(shí)間，多多學(xué)習(xí)，將知識(shí)應(yīng)用到實(shí)際生活中。致謝本課題在導(dǎo)師王朝陽教授的悉心指導(dǎo)下順利完成。整個(gè)課題從題目的確定，資料查找到論文撰寫，在這個(gè)過程中傾注了導(dǎo)師大量的心血。導(dǎo)師在做學(xué)問等方面的言傳身教使我受益匪淺。在論文的實(shí)施過程中，不僅向?qū)煂W(xué)習(xí)了理論知識(shí)，而且還受到導(dǎo)師的嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)求實(shí)、精益求精的治學(xué)態(tài)度和平易近人、誨人不倦的高尚情操的熏陶。在論文完成之際，特向?qū)煴硎局孕牡母兄x。同時(shí)也感謝學(xué)院的各位老師和同學(xué)在我大學(xué)四年期間給予的幫助和支持，對(duì)于你們的關(guān)心，我將永記在心。最后，我還要感謝我的父母多年來一直默默地在背后支持我的學(xué)業(yè)。
