Clean and disinfect under bar area with Ecolab Micro Quat. 2. Ensure that all fruit, stir sticks, and other debris is removed from floor sinks. 3. Check all piping is secure. Fix any leaks. 4. All electrical connections, boxes etc. are secure. 5. Check and polish bar top and disinfect with Ecolab Micro Quat. If marble top, use Task 12. 6. Check and tighten foot rail and polish with an appropriate product. 7. Inspect carpet around bar for wetness, stains and clean as needed. 8. Report via maintenance request any additional repairs needed. 9. Inspect all shelving and storage for missing hardware or other defects and repair or replace as needed. 1. All bar areas will be cleaned and disinfected. 2. All hardware shelves, mirrors and locks are in good condition. 3. ALL WORK AREAS ARE TO BE MAINTAINED IN A SAFE AND NEAT MANNER AT ALL TIMES. 酒吧區(qū)域 FOUNTAINS PROCEDURE STANDARD 1. Shut off electrical service to any lighting, pumps etc. LOCK OUT / TAG OUT! 2. Drain fountain or pump out and clean with an all purpose cleaner/disinfectant. 3. Inspect all electrical connections and relamp where applicable. 4. Inspect all joints, seals and caulking and repair where possible. 5. Rinse out fountain to ensure all residual soap is gone. 6. Refill fountain and turn back on electrical circuits. THESE SHOULD BE ON GROUND FAULT BREAKER!! If they are not report this as a safety hazard to the Director of Engineering . 7. Adjust flow as needed. 8. Report any repairs via repairs maintenance request to the Director of Engineering. 1. Fountains are clear, clean and free of debris. 2. Grout, caulking and sealants are secure and clean in appearance. 3. Water flow is correct 4. All electrical fixtures are free of defects of any type. 5.
