【正文】 (e) 第十條 合同爭議的解決辦法 Article 10: Headling of disputes本合同項下發(fā)生的爭議，由雙方當(dāng)事人協(xié)商解決；協(xié)商不成的，依法向有管轄權(quán)的人民法院起訴，或按照另行達(dá)成的仲裁條款或仲裁協(xié)議申請仲裁。(a) Any dispute arising from the execution of, or in connection with, the contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation between parties. In case no settlement can be reached, the disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court, which has jurisdiction over the houses.
