【正文】 (f) 第十一條 合同爭議的解決辦法 Article 11: Handling of disputes本合同項(xiàng)下發(fā)生的爭議，由雙方當(dāng)事人協(xié)商解決；協(xié)商不成的，依法向有管轄權(quán)的人民法院起訴，或按照另行達(dá)成的仲裁條款或仲裁協(xié)議申請仲裁。(a) Any dispute arising from the execution of, or in connection with, the contract shall be settled through friendly negotiation between tripartite parties. In case no settlement can be reached, the disputes shall be submitted to the people’s court, which has jurisdiction over the houses. Or pelled arbitration in accordance with the arbitration clause or the arbitration agreement.(b) This contract will be governed by and construed under the laws of the People’s Republic of China.第十二條 其他約定事項(xiàng) Article 12: Other matters 。本合同經(jīng)三方簽字蓋章后生效。本合同（及附件）一式 份，其中甲方執(zhí) 份，乙方執(zhí) 份，丙方執(zhí) 份， 執(zhí) 份。This contract will be effective after being signed by tripartite parties.
