UNESCO’s partner is Tsinghua University, who is working with Nankai University in Tianjin on the protection of female migrants’ rights (especially those who are engaged in low end services) ? 聯(lián)合國教科文組織的合作伙伴清華大學(xué) ， 將與南開大學(xué)在天津開展“ 保護女性農(nóng)民工權(quán)益 ” 的調(diào)研 ， 將特別針對從事低端服務(wù)業(yè)的人群 。 Output – Key Activities 產(chǎn)出 主要活動 Labour Inspection System: 1) Conduct a factfinding mission of the labour inspection system 2) Conduct a validation workshop to discuss the findings of the factfinding mission 3) Conduct a strategy session 4) Develop a training materials for labour inspectors 5) Conduct training of labour officials in pilot sites 勞動監(jiān)察： 1. 開展對勞動監(jiān)察的實地調(diào)研。 2. 舉辦研討會，討論并論證實地調(diào)研的結(jié)果。 3. 戰(zhàn)略制定。 4. 開發(fā)勞動監(jiān)察員的培訓(xùn)材料。 5. 在試點城市舉辦面向勞動部門官員的培訓(xùn)班。 Output – Key Activities 產(chǎn)出 主要活動 Implementation of Labour Laws: 勞動法規(guī)的實施 1) Conduct research to determine the extent to which the new labour laws have been implemented 就新勞動法規(guī)的實施程度展開調(diào)研 2) Conduct a validation workshop to discuss the findings of the research 舉辦研討會，討論并論證實況調(diào)研的結(jié)果 3) Develop a guide based on best practices to support the implementation of the new labour laws 開發(fā)最佳實踐 支持新勞動法規(guī)實施的工作手冊 4) Conduct training about the guide to best practices on implementing the new labour laws 對實施新勞動合同法最佳指南開展培訓(xùn)。 Output – Progress 產(chǎn)出 —工作進程 Labour Inspection System 勞動監(jiān)察 : 1) The factfinding mission about the labour inspection system will take place in September (visiting , Guangzhou, Wuhan and Hangzhou).對勞動監(jiān)察系統(tǒng)的實地調(diào)研工作將于 9月展開（將考察廣州、武漢、杭州） 2) The validation workshop will be conducted soon after the factfinding mission. 論證研討會將在調(diào)研結(jié)束后舉辦。 3) The strategy session will be conducted in the last quarter of 2022 戰(zhàn)略部分將在 2022年第四季度制定。 4) The training materials will be began to be developed soon after the factfinding 。 5) The training will mence in pilot sites in late 2022. 2022年年底在試點地區(qū)開展相關(guān)培訓(xùn)。 Output – Progress工作進程 Implementation of Labour Laws: 勞動法實施 1) The research into the implementation of the labour laws will mence soon. The areas that will be the subject of the research have yet to be finalized, but may include Tianjin. 關(guān)于新勞動法規(guī)實施情況開展的調(diào)研將于近期展開并同時敲定實地調(diào)研的地區(qū)，可能包含天津市。 2) The validation workshop will be conducted once the research has been pleted. 調(diào)研結(jié)束后將舉辦研討會。 3) The Code of Conduct will be informed by the research and will be discussed at the workshop. It will be held later in 2022. 調(diào)研之后專家將開發(fā)工作手冊并在研討會上討論。預(yù)計 2022年年底舉辦研討會。 4) The Code of Conduct training will mence in all pilot sites in late 2022 and will continue into 2022. 工作手冊使用培訓(xùn)將于 2022年年底至 2022年在所有項目試點城市開展。
