【正文】 is a reciprocal Credit against ( ) Bank Credit No.( ) favoring ( ) covering shipment of ( ). 預(yù)支信用證（ Anticipatory Credit) ? 是在該證列入特別條款授權(quán)保兌行或其他指定銀行在交單前預(yù)先墊款給受益人的一種信用證。 循環(huán)信用證（ Revolving Credit) ? 循環(huán)信用證帶有條款和條件，使其金額可以更新或者復(fù)活（ renew, reinstate, revert, restore等），不須修改信用證。 ? 循環(huán)的方式 時間 金額 循環(huán)信用證的循環(huán)條款 ? 自動恢復(fù)循環(huán) This Credit shall be renewable automatically twice for a period of one month each for an amount of USD50,000 for each period making a total of USD150,000. ? 非自動恢復(fù)循環(huán) The amount shall be renewed after each negotiation only upon receipt of Issuing Bank’s notice stating that the Credit might be renewed. ? 半自動恢復(fù)循環(huán) ? Should the Negotiating Bank not be advised of stopping renewal within a week, the unused balance of this Credit shall be increased to the original at the beginning of the next week after each negotiation. 備用信用證（ Standby Credit) ? 又稱擔(dān)保信用證，是指以不清償商品交易的價款為目的，而以貸款融資，或擔(dān)保債務(wù)償還為目的所開立的信用證。 ? ICC的定義： 備用信用證是一種信用證的安排，它代表了開證行對受益人的以下責(zé)任；不管其稱謂或代表方式如何： 1. 償還申請人的借款，或預(yù)付給申請人，或支付記在申請人帳戶的款項； 2. 支付由申請人承擔(dān)的任何債務(wù)； 3. 支付由于申請人在履行義務(wù)上的違約。
