(stamp of the carrier) ②提單上事先印就 “ received in good order/condition… 收妥備運(yùn) ” 字樣時： shipped/laden on board March 21, 2022 (stamp of the carrier) ③當(dāng)提單上含有 “ 預(yù)期船 ” 字樣或類似有關(guān)限定船只的詞語時，裝上具名船只這一內(nèi)容必須由提單上的裝船批注來證實(shí)。該項(xiàng)裝船批注除注明貨物 已裝船的日期外，還應(yīng)包括實(shí)際裝貨的船名，即使實(shí)際裝貨船只的名稱為 “ 預(yù)期船 ” ，亦應(yīng)如此。 如 :intended vessel name:+++ or intended port of loading:+++ On board notation: shipped on board May 9, 2022（裝船日期） TIANSHUN （船名） Shanghai （裝運(yùn)港） ④ place of receipt 和 port of loading 不一致時，則要加注 on board notation,即使事先印就 ” shipped on board”字樣： shipped on board May 9, 2022（裝船日期） TIANSHUN （船名） name of port of loading (shanghai) （裝運(yùn)港） ? ◆ 已裝船批準(zhǔn)的裝船日期可以早于也可以晚于提單出單日期。
