【正文】 gulations.女員工 男員工 婚假female staff male staff marriage leave不滿23歲 不滿25歲 3天 below 23 below25 3 days 23歲及以上 25歲及以上 7天(包括星期六和星期日） above 23(including) above 25(including) 7 days(including Saturdays and Sundays) 員工享有基本工資和崗位工資。 Staves will receive monthly statutory basic salary and position salary during marriage leave. 試用期員工不享有婚假。 Staves who have been hired by the pany and are under probation are not entitled to marriage leave. 婚假僅適用于員工首次結(jié)婚。 Marriage leave is applied for the first marriage only. 事假 Personal Leave 員工不享有帶薪事假，員工可以利用年假替補(bǔ)事假。 The pany doesn’t grant personal leave with pay alternatively, staves can pensate that by annual leave if they have any. “Request for Leave” Form休假申請單，經(jīng)總經(jīng)理批準(zhǔn)后送至人事部門備案。 To apply for advance annual leaves, the “Request for leave” form must be submitted to the General manager for approval then to HR department for record. 每年的事假天數(shù)不得超過6個工作日，否則視為曠工。 Total personal leave is less than 6 working days, or considered to be absent from work. 對全體員工,扣除的獎金數(shù)為： For all staff, deducted bonus is: 喪假 Condolence leave 根據(jù)政府法律，所有敏視達(dá)公司的正式員工都享有喪假，規(guī)定如下：1. 直系親屬（包括：父母、配偶、子女、養(yǎng)父母（公婆）、養(yǎng)子女、養(yǎng)岳父、養(yǎng)岳母） 3天2. 其它親屬（包括祖父母、兄弟姊妹、養(yǎng)祖父母、養(yǎng)兄弟姊妹） 1天 Condolence leave is granted to all METSTAR full time employees in accordance with government regulations, which is three condolence leave, limited to immediate family members only . father, mother, husband, wife or own children and one day condolence leave for relation only . grandmother, grandfather, brother or sister. 員工享有基本工資和崗位工資。 Staves will receive monthly statutory basic salary and position salary during marriage leave.15 / 1
