But for various reasons, a lot of questions have appeared in the practical operation of our country in this kind of system. As far back as 2003, Zhu YongPing, deputy to the National People39。s Congress of Guangdong Province, suggested cancelling the advance sale system of the house to the government, propose especially in financial report of the Chinese real estate of 2004 that Central Bank released in 2004: Cancel current house advance sale system, postpone room sell, sell for the pleted apartment.
