Apply for leave from your reporting manager in advance when you are not able to perform your duty. Any leave without application or approved application will be deemed as absence from work. 2. 工作時(shí)間內(nèi)不做與工作無關(guān)的事情;除溝通工作外,不得隨意串崗。Don’t do anything unrelated to your job or leave for other job sites without consent unless it is necessary for munication about the work. 3. 維護(hù)工作秩序,嚴(yán)守工作程序,不越級(jí)、越權(quán)辦事。Maintain the order at the work site and strictly follow the operating procedures without any bypass of immediate leadership or authorization. 4. 服從指揮,令行禁止;如有異議,應(yīng)按程序逐級(jí)反映,但在命令或制度修改前必須無條件執(zhí)行。Abide by the instructions and orders from your supervisors unconditionally and escalate any disagreement to the executives before any amendment is made to any order or rules which you do not agree with. 5. 參加各種會(huì)議時(shí)須將通訊器材置于靜音狀態(tài),并保持會(huì)場秩序。All your electronic munication appliances must be set in silent mode to maintain the order of the meeting you are going to attend. 6. 同事之間、部門之間加強(qiáng)溝通、協(xié)調(diào)和相互配合,不推諉扯皮,不攬功推過;跨部門接受任務(wù),須向本部門領(lǐng)導(dǎo)匯報(bào)。Increase munication between all the coworkers and divisions of the pany for work progress in coordination without any dispute, denial, buckpassing, or receiving work assignment from other divisions without informing your reporting manager. 7. 不得利用職權(quán)向下級(jí)企業(yè)謀取個(gè)人利益,不得收受商業(yè)客戶和下級(jí)企業(yè)饋贈(zèng)的貴重物品。It is not allowed to use authorized power for personal gains from any affiliate of the pany or receive valuables from any client or affiliate of the pany. 8. 不得公車私用。It is not allowed to use the vehicles of the pany for personal purposes. 工作時(shí)間 WORKING HOURS1. 實(shí)行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)制、綜合計(jì)算工時(shí)制、不定時(shí)工時(shí)制和輪班工作制等四種工時(shí)制度:Standard working hours system, prehensive working hours system, irregular working hours system and shift rotation system are applied: 標(biāo)準(zhǔn)工時(shí)工作制的工作時(shí)間以每日8小時(shí),每周不超過40小時(shí)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Standard Working Hours System: Workers shall not work more than 8 hours a day and 40 hours a week. 綜合計(jì)算工時(shí)工作制的工作時(shí)間以全年平均不超過2000小時(shí)、每季度平均不超過500小時(shí)。Comprehensive Working Hours System: Workers shall not work more than 2000 hours a year, 500 hours a quarter and hours a month on average. 不定時(shí)工作制的工作時(shí)間以平均每周不超過40小時(shí)為標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。Irregular Working Hours System: Workers shall not work more than 40 hours a week on average. 實(shí)行輪班工作制由各單位根據(jù)各工種崗位實(shí)際工作時(shí)間自行確定工作班制。Shift Rotation System: The working hours and shift rotation are determined by relevant trades at their discretion based on the actual needs.2. 要求加班或節(jié)假日值班的,原則上安排調(diào)休,確因工作原因無法調(diào)休的按國家法律支付加班工資。If a laborer has to work overtime or on holidays, an arrangement for rest shall be made in principle。 in case that an arrangement for rest cannot be made due to business reasons, remunerations shall be paid in accordance with laws.3. 因特殊情況和緊急任務(wù)需延長工作時(shí)間的,遵照國家有關(guān)規(guī)定執(zhí)行。Where an extension of working hours due to special reasons and emergent dealings is needed, the extension shall abide by
