In consideration of facilitating the contractor’s cash flow and protecting our client’s interest, we would propose recuperation of advance payment (RMB 20M) by 10 consecutive installments in 2M each after the pletion of piling works for your consideration.The arrangement was proposed based on the concern as follows: construction period in 570 days (19 months) After pletion of piling (~ 3 months), the cumulative amount of work done was estimated to be 13M (~ 9% of contract sum) and 10% advance payment would be recouped from the next payment. The remaining construction period was 16 months and the advance payment would be all recouped 6 months before the pletion of the whole project.Pls see the ments in below and reflect these in the contract.
