The covering L/C must reach the Seller before________ and remain valid in _____________ until the 15th days (inclusive) from the date of shipment.賣方于成交后，通過________________銀行開出以賣方為抬頭的不可撤銷的、可轉(zhuǎn)讓和分割信用證，賣方在貨物裝船啟運(yùn)后憑本合同交貨條款所列的單據(jù)在開證行議付貨款。裝運(yùn)前15天前____________日期前，賣方須收到信用證。（2）Total Value of Contract:_________________（合同總值）（3）Insurance:（保險(xiǎn)）To be affected by the Seller covering 110% of invoice value.由買方負(fù)責(zé)，按銷售貨價(jià)的110%作為保險(xiǎn)賠償額。（4）Shipping Marks:__________________（貨物嘜頭）Each packing shall be stenciled conspicuously port of destination, packing number, gross and net weights, measurement and the shipping mark shown above.每件貨物外包裝上應(yīng)刷上到貨口岸、件號(hào)、每件毛重及凈重、尺碼及列嘜頭。（5）Port of Shipment:____________（裝運(yùn)港）（6）Port of Destination:_______________（目的港）（7）times of Payment:________________（支付時(shí)間）（8）Packing:________________（包裝）（9）Shipping Documents:（裝運(yùn)文件）The Seller shall present the following documents after shipped.賣方須裝運(yùn)后遞交以下文件。① Full sets of clean on Board ocean Bills of Lading made out to order and blank endorsed marked “Freight Prepaid”, notify applicant.全套清潔已裝船的海運(yùn)提單、空白抬頭、空白背書，注明“運(yùn)費(fèi)預(yù)付”，通知開證申請(qǐng)人。②signed mercial invoice in duplicate.已簽署的商業(yè)發(fā)票一式兩份。③detailed packing list specifying net weight, gross weight and measurement of each packing in metric system in duplicates required.需要詳細(xì)寫明每件貨物公制凈重、毛重和尺碼的裝箱單一式兩份。④insurance policy for not less than 10% over invoice value, blank endorsed, covering all risks as the People’s Insurance Company of China. Claims payable at destination in the currency of draft保險(xiǎn)單，根據(jù)中國(guó)人民保險(xiǎn)公司的保險(xiǎn)條款，按發(fā)票金額至少加10%投保一切險(xiǎn)，空白背書，在目的地按匯票使用的貨幣進(jìn)行賠付。（10）Terms of Shipment :裝運(yùn)條款①the carrying vessel shall be arranged by the seller, partial shipment and transshipment are allowed.由賣方負(fù)責(zé)安排裝運(yùn)，允許分批裝運(yùn)和允許轉(zhuǎn)船。②after loading is pleted, the Seller shall notify the Buyer by cable of the contract number, description of goods, quantity , name of carrying vessel and date of shipment.裝運(yùn)后，賣方須電報(bào)通知買方關(guān)于合同號(hào)、貨物描述、數(shù)量、承運(yùn)人、船名和開船日。③shipment must be effected not later than July 30, 2004貨物不得遲于2004年7月30日裝運(yùn)。（11）delayed delivery and penalty:延期交貨及罰款Should the Sellers fail to effect delivery on time as stipulated in this contract owing to causes other than force majeure as provided the buyer shall have the right to cancel that part if contract and claim against the Sellers penalty for delayed delivery counted up to the date of cancellation, or the sellers may with the buyer’s consent , postpone delivery on payment of penalty to the buyers.除人力不可抗拒原因外，如賣方延期交貨，買方有權(quán)撤銷部分合同，并向賣方提出截止撤銷合同日期為止的遲交罰款，或經(jīng)買方同意在賣方繳納罰款的條件下延期交貨。（12）arbitration:仲裁條款A(yù)ll disputes in connection with this contract or the execution thereof shall be amicably settled through negotiation. In case no settlement can be reached between the two parties, the case under dispute shall be submitted to China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission. The arbitration shall be executed in accordance with the Rules of Arbitration of the said mission and the decision made by the Arbitration Commission shall be accepted as final judge and binding upon both parties.
