【正文】 。(t,2H)。(dd,J=,1H)。(t,2H)。(d,J=,1H)。(dd,J=,1H)。(s,3H)。（m,2H)。(m,2H)。LCMS,m/z：395（M+1，100）；417(M+NA，30）。IR（KBr, cm1）γ：3409, 1637, 1595, 1413, 1501, 1595, 885, 736。 3 結(jié)果與討論據(jù)文獻(xiàn)報(bào)道，氨基酸希夫堿的合成方法主要有三種：加熱法[9]、低溫法[10]及旋蒸法[11]. 加熱法即將氨基酸與等摩爾的醛在40 ℃60 ℃的乙醇溶液中攪拌, TLC跟蹤反應(yīng)進(jìn)度, 此方法反應(yīng)不完全, 反應(yīng)時(shí)間長. 低溫法即將氨基酸與等摩爾的醛在010℃的冰浴中攪拌10分鐘后, 有黃色沉淀生成, 但我們嘗試此方法并通過核磁共振氫譜確定反應(yīng)并未發(fā)生. 最終我們選擇旋蒸法作為本文的合成方法, 原因有以下幾點(diǎn)（1）希夫堿的合成是生成水的反應(yīng), 如果在反應(yīng)過程中能夠除掉生成的水, 有利于反應(yīng)得進(jìn)行。 而旋蒸法即在微熱中減壓蒸餾至溶液蒸干, 因此有利于反應(yīng)的正向進(jìn)行。 （2）旋蒸法合成的氨基酸希夫堿產(chǎn)率較高，并且后處理較方便，只需多次洗滌即可將未反應(yīng)的醛除掉, 再用無水甲醇將得到的固體溶解，將不溶的氨基酸過濾除去, 旋干濾液即可得到較純的氨基酸希夫堿. 波譜數(shù)據(jù)分析希夫堿的官能團(tuán)CH=N, 在1HNMR中位移在8ppm左右；在IR中波數(shù)為1600cm1左右,C=N伸縮振動(dòng)吸收峰作為C=O強(qiáng)峰旁的一個(gè)小側(cè)峰出現(xiàn), 這個(gè)峰為希夫堿的特征峰. 參 考 文 獻(xiàn) 1: 周俊等，天麻的化學(xué)研究，化學(xué)學(xué)報(bào)，1979，37（3）：1831892: 賈蘭齊。 江煥峰. 3羥基4氨基丁酸及其類似物的合成進(jìn)展 廣州化學(xué) 1998（4）3: 梁愛華。 高麗紅參中一種新的氨基酸衍生物的分離及其生理活性 1994，11（3）: 2562634: (2羥基萘甲醛)甘氨酸希夫堿及其銅（Ⅱ）、鎳（Ⅱ）配合物的合成、表征和抗癌活性.[J]., 5(3):1921955: ，20（1）6: . 上海免疫學(xué)雜志. 1996,16(3):1807: et al.
