Therefore, in order to improve the ability of language using and to create similar target language groups and language acquisition environment we should be active as much as possible, and make good use of the Second Class teaching. The conception of the Second English ClassThe Second English Class is referring to a series of activities that concerning to English learning but besides the classroom teaching (Chen, 2008). It bines learning and entertainment in a variety of forms, such as English Corner, English seminars, and English parties, which are carried out through a variety of audiovisual equipments, such as radio, audio and so on.First of all, the Second English Class is not only a necessary adjunct to the normal class, but also a bination of daily behavior and practice with the knowledge gained in classroom. English Corner is a typical example. This activity creates a relaxed, casual atmosphere, and with the help of the enthusiastic teachers, all the students participate in voluntarily. Both the students and teachers can speak freely, unfettered.
