After installing, run 35 times without load under the rated operating pressure, having no abnormal phenomena, then connect the load.5. If the adjustable bolt of the cushion cylinder loosens in the conveyance, regulate the buffer to the least in testrunning, then unclamp the bolt to the request gradually to prevent pounding that damage the cylinder greatly.6. Avoid making the cylinder rod surface hurt while using, prevent seal harm and the air leak. Add the dirtproof boot or protecting cover if the environment condition is bad. 7. Notice the control voltage of the electromagnetism head (AC220V、AC1AC36V、DC24V、DC12V), allow the voltage to undulate 15~10%. After normal movement, periodically check the operating condition of the filter and the lubricator, exhaust water and add oil in time.9. Frequently check the running situation of the various pneumatic element, check whether the conjunction of forcing screw is loosen, whether the element seals is damage and there is leakiness phenomenon, discovering the problem and handling in time.12. While maintenance, be sure close the source of the gas and exhaust the pressed air in the pipe system，then maintain safely.13.
