IntroductionGuangzhou Jing Hao Medical Instrument Co., Limited (JHMIC) was founded in 2003. With the pany facing the fierce market petition, we are now meeting some problems in making profits. So it39。s important for me to choose this pany as the project in my practical business project design. JHMIC is one of the distributor of two famous domestic brands. We provide series of products, namely, diagnostics, laboratory equipment, bloodtype equipment and reagents. Although 60% of the staffs have been working at this pany over five years, they are now lacking of proficiency job skills, responsibilities, team spirit, and enthusiasm. It is believed that the three solutions will help JHMIC provide a clear picture of its employees39。 needs and wants, and give us a chance to improve employees39。 working skills. First, it is to set up an effective and suitable rules and regulations for the pany. Second, to plan an effective training program for all employees is also necessary.
