【導(dǎo)讀】生和短期交流生參照本辦法執(zhí)行。第二條蘭州理工大學(xué)嚴(yán)格按照教育部下達(dá)的錄取條件和要求錄取留學(xué)生。第三條凡發(fā)現(xiàn)錄取學(xué)生所提交材料與本人不符者，應(yīng)按規(guī)定立即離境回國(guó)?！锻鈬?guó)人體格檢查紀(jì)錄》的內(nèi)容在本國(guó)檢查身體。到校后，學(xué)校將組?？椓魧W(xué)生持《外國(guó)人體格檢查紀(jì)錄》到甘肅省出入境檢驗(yàn)檢疫局辦理認(rèn)證。中任何一種中國(guó)法律規(guī)定不準(zhǔn)入境的外國(guó)人疾病者，應(yīng)立即離境回國(guó)，學(xué)校不予注冊(cè)報(bào)到。留學(xué)生因故不能如期注冊(cè)者，必須履行請(qǐng)假手。第八條凡在蘭州理工大學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)的外國(guó)留學(xué)生，原則上不予變更專業(yè)。協(xié)商并簽署意見(jiàn)，報(bào)主管校長(zhǎng)批準(zhǔn)。所有留學(xué)生須在學(xué)校指定的保險(xiǎn)公司購(gòu)買醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)，超出醫(yī)療保險(xiǎn)賠付金額的部分。第十條留學(xué)生患有嚴(yán)重疾病須休學(xué)回國(guó)治療。5天以上，由留學(xué)生所在學(xué)院報(bào)至國(guó)際合作處批準(zhǔn)。復(fù)查合格者通知復(fù)學(xué)，不合格者須立即離境，其費(fèi)用自理。并經(jīng)指定醫(yī)院健康檢查，方可復(fù)學(xué)。第二十三條退學(xué)學(xué)生一經(jīng)批準(zhǔn)須在2周內(nèi)辦理相關(guān)手續(xù)離開(kāi)學(xué)校。
