D/A與即期 D/P相結(jié)合 6. 遠(yuǎn)期 L/C和即期 L/C相結(jié)合 ? 7. 預(yù)支信用證與即期付款信用證相結(jié)合 8. 匯付、保函、信用證三者相結(jié)合 學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)三 ? 知識(shí)拓展 65 出口貿(mào)易融資 ? 出口貿(mào)易融資是銀行對(duì)出口商提供的、與出口貿(mào)易結(jié)算相關(guān)的資金融通。常見的有： ? 1. 打包貸款（ Packing Loan）， 也叫信用證抵押貸款，是指出口地銀行為支持出口商按期履約，向收到合格信用證的出口商提供的用于采購、生產(chǎn)和裝運(yùn)信用證項(xiàng)下貨物的專項(xiàng)貸款。 ? 2. 出口押匯（ Exporter Bill Purchase）， 是在信用證或托收支付方式下，銀行向出口商提供的、以出口單據(jù)為抵押的在途資金融通。 ? （ 1） 出口信用證押匯（ Negotiation Under Documentary Credit） ? （ 2）出口托收押匯（ Advance Against Documentary Collection） ? 3. 出口貼現(xiàn)（ Exporter Bill Discount）， 是在信用證支付方式下，銀行保留追索權(quán)的購買已經(jīng)銀行承兌的、未到期的遠(yuǎn)期票據(jù)，為出口商提供短期資金融通業(yè)務(wù)。 ? 4. 出口保理 (Factoring)， 又稱保付代理、承購應(yīng)收賬款，是出口商以商業(yè)信用出賣商品，在貨物裝船后，銀行無追索權(quán)的購買出口商的票據(jù)，為出口商提供短期融資。適用于出口商以賒銷（ O/A）、承兌交單 (D/A) 等形式出口貨物后的融資。 ? 5. 福費(fèi)廷 (Forfeiting)， 也稱為包買票據(jù)，指銀行作為包買商，從出口商那里無追索權(quán)的購買已經(jīng)銀行承兌 /承付 /保付的遠(yuǎn)期匯票，向出口商提供融資的業(yè)務(wù)。 ? 實(shí)務(wù)中，福費(fèi)廷業(yè)務(wù)主要用于遠(yuǎn)期信用證項(xiàng)下經(jīng)開證行或保兌行承兌的匯票，金額在 100萬美元以上、付款期限在 312年的資本性貨物的出口貿(mào)易融資。 學(xué)習(xí)任務(wù)三 ? （一）合同條款翻譯 ? 1.
