【正文】 適應(yīng)地形條件，利用地形高差，減少場(chǎng)地平整工程量。 施工分區(qū)布置 根據(jù)本工程特點(diǎn)，施工區(qū)分兩處布置，一處在壩區(qū)，一處在站區(qū)。壩區(qū)的施工場(chǎng)地主要承擔(dān) 大 壩 、溢洪道 和引水隧洞上半段的施工；廠區(qū)的施工場(chǎng)地主要承擔(dān)引水隧 洞下半段、發(fā)電廠房及升壓站的施工。 壩區(qū)的施工場(chǎng)地因壩址地處深切式河谷地段，地勢(shì)陡峭，只好沿新開(kāi)公路末端兩側(cè)布置，將生產(chǎn)區(qū)和生活區(qū)分開(kāi)，生產(chǎn)區(qū)布置有砼攪拌機(jī)、堆料場(chǎng)、施工倉(cāng)庫(kù)、 模板加工廠和鋼筋加工廠，各種材料及半成品首先運(yùn)至纜索下臨時(shí)場(chǎng)地，再通過(guò)纜機(jī)索道運(yùn)抵各施工點(diǎn)。大壩左、右壩肩各設(shè)一處纜機(jī)平臺(tái)，平臺(tái)上架設(shè)纜機(jī)塔架，由于公路位于左岸，因此 5t卷?yè)P(yáng)機(jī)設(shè)在左平臺(tái)上。 廠區(qū)的施工場(chǎng)地沿湘坑河布置，生產(chǎn)與生活用房均搭建臨時(shí)工棚解決，并在遠(yuǎn)離工地和生活區(qū)的山坡上塔建一座火工材料庫(kù)，將各種火工材料隔離分開(kāi)專(zhuān)人保管，并建立嚴(yán)格進(jìn)出庫(kù)制度，以防火工材料外流。在廠區(qū)施工場(chǎng)地上布置有石子破碎機(jī)、砼拌和機(jī)、堆料場(chǎng)、施工倉(cāng)庫(kù)、模板加工廠和鋼筋加工廠。 本工程共需搭建臨時(shí)工棚 500m2，其中，生活用房 250m各類(lèi)加工廠 150m各類(lèi)倉(cāng)庫(kù) 100m2； 纜機(jī)平臺(tái)土石方開(kāi)挖 150m3， 纜機(jī)平臺(tái)砼澆筑 12m3， 纜機(jī)塔架架設(shè) 。 土石方平衡及渣場(chǎng)規(guī)劃 本工程土石方平衡渣場(chǎng)規(guī)劃主要是考慮 隧洞和溢洪道 石方 開(kāi)挖 整修后作為壩體砌筑石料，破碎后作為混凝土澆筑用石料， 根據(jù)工程區(qū)的具體情況，棄碴場(chǎng)地主要利用樞紐、廠房?jī)商幧?、下游河道旁的河灘或附近荒溝?可沿樞紐上游路邊、**水電站 水利工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 26 砂石料廠靠近河岸周邊臨時(shí)堆放。 其原則是盡量不占或少占耕地，不阻塞河道，不改 變水流 ，不破壞周邊環(huán)境 為宜 。 **水電站 水利工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 27 6 施工總進(jìn)度 施工總進(jìn)度是水利水 電工程施工的重要環(huán)節(jié)，它是對(duì)工程控制和掌握的重要依據(jù)。 施工總進(jìn)度安排 本工程計(jì)劃 2022 年 12 月份發(fā)電，因此，主要工程必須在一個(gè)枯水期內(nèi)施工結(jié)束，大壩、廠房水下部分施工外，如廠房和大壩水上部分開(kāi)挖、隧洞開(kāi)挖都應(yīng)盡量提前進(jìn)行 ， 工程總工期計(jì)劃 18個(gè)月。 導(dǎo)流工程 引水隧洞 施工期為 2022 年 8 月初 ~2022 年 9 月底，其中， 進(jìn)出 口 石方明挖安排在 2022年 8月份施工，計(jì) 31天；石方洞挖安排在 2022年 9月初 ~2022年 9月底計(jì) 395天；進(jìn)口建筑物的施工及隧洞襯砌安排在 2022 年 9月初 ~2022年 11 月底計(jì) 91天；壓力鋼管和鋼閘門(mén)制作與安裝安排在 2022年 10~11月份施工，計(jì) 61天。 圍堰 一期導(dǎo)流：一期圍堰先圍右岸，由左岸河床導(dǎo)流，一期圍堰束窄河床的 70%，右岸河槽寬僅為 15m，設(shè)計(jì)導(dǎo)流流量為 ，控制水位上游為 ，下游水位為 。 二期導(dǎo)流：待右壩側(cè)施工到▽ 時(shí)，二期圍堰圍住左岸，排砂底孔過(guò)流，此時(shí)正值最枯季節(jié)，隨著壩體的升高，庫(kù)內(nèi)調(diào)蓄能力逐漸增強(qiáng)，排砂底孔基本能滿足過(guò)流要求。 主體工程 大壩 施 工期為 2022年 8月初 ~2022年 2月底。其中， 基礎(chǔ)石方開(kāi)挖、墊層砼澆筑、帷幕灌漿、固結(jié)灌漿和鉆排水孔時(shí)間為 2022 年 8 月初 ~9 月底計(jì) 61 天。壩體砌石和砼澆筑分二期施工，一期工程施工時(shí)間為 2022年 10月初 ~2022 年 11月底計(jì) 61天，二期工程施工時(shí)間為 2022年 12月初 ~2022 年 2月底計(jì) 120天。 **水電站 水利工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 28 溢洪道 施工期為 2022年 9月初 ~2022年 1月底。 其中， 基礎(chǔ)石方開(kāi)挖、墊層砼澆筑 時(shí)間為 2022年 9月初 ~11月底計(jì) 91天。 兩側(cè)及底板砼澆筑 時(shí)間為 2022年 12月初 ~2022年 1月底 計(jì) 62天 。 廠房及升壓站施工 施工期為 2022年元月初 ~2022年 6月底，其中， 土石方開(kāi)挖及砌石安排在 2022年元月份施工，計(jì) 30天；基礎(chǔ)砼澆筑安排在 2022年 2月初 ~4月底計(jì) 89天；廠房砌筑安排在 2022 年 5 月份施工；機(jī)電設(shè)備安裝安排在 2022 年 6 月份施工，計(jì) 30天。 交通及輔助企業(yè) 交通工程 施工期為 2022年 7月初 ~2022年 7月底 計(jì) 31天 。 輔助企業(yè) 搭設(shè) 施工期為 2022年 7月初 ~2022年 7月底 計(jì) 31天 ；拆除 施工期為 2022年 11月初 ~2022年 12底 計(jì) 61天 。 **水電站 水利工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 29 7 結(jié)論與總結(jié) 通過(guò)本學(xué)期 畢業(yè)論文（或畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)）這門(mén) 課程系統(tǒng)的學(xué)習(xí)， 本人 已經(jīng)掌握了畢業(yè)論文（或畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)）寫(xiě)作 的基礎(chǔ)知識(shí)。 通過(guò) 對(duì) **水電站水利樞紐工程 編制 施工組織 設(shè)計(jì) ， 本人已基本掌握該工程的施工導(dǎo)流、主體工程施工、以及施工總布置 規(guī)劃和施工總進(jìn)度安排等方面的 設(shè)計(jì) 。 總之，由于水利工程 受不同的地形地質(zhì)條件的影響 ，其施工組織設(shè)計(jì)所編制的內(nèi)容 和重點(diǎn) 也 會(huì)有所不同 。因此， 對(duì)于不同的項(xiàng)目工程 編制施工組織設(shè)計(jì)必須因地制宜、全面考慮 ， 但是 仍然 需要在施工實(shí)踐經(jīng)驗(yàn)中不斷地加以研究和總結(jié)。 由于時(shí)間倉(cāng)促，本人水平有限，設(shè)計(jì) 中難免有些不足之處，希望張老師批評(píng)指正，本人將不勝感激。 **水電站 水利工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì) 30 參考文獻(xiàn) [1]水利電力部水利水電建設(shè)總局編 ， 《水利水電工程施工組織設(shè)計(jì)手冊(cè)》， 1~5 卷 . 北京：中國(guó)電力出版社， .
