【正文】 Baishiyao Hydropower Plant, Yingde 513000, China) Abstract: In view of the main problem existing in the automaticized device of pressive oilcan made of general relay and Contact device to locale situation in Baishiyao hydropower plant, the retrofit scheme with PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) and Soft Starter as its kernel was put forward. The system configuration and the software and handware are introduced. The pactice has proved that the system has high reliability , low cost and easy in installation and mainterance.
