Along with the present society rhythm speeds up, study and work pressure increasing, people change their original life style, willing to spend more time and money in the recreational activity , enable themselves to study and work invest with a healthier body and mind. The leisure fishery is precisely adapts this tidal current and emerges in the world. It makes the tourism, the traveling and sightseeing, live aquatic animals watches, etc, together with modern fishery way, and bees a new fishery. In recent years, the leisure fishery developed rapidly in our country, obtained the very good economic efficiency. It may be said vigorously that the development of the leisure fishery is a new way to make the fishery economy grow. The paper takes this as a subject, specifically elaborates the Da HuoFang leisure fishery development. This chapter introduces how the Da Huofang reservoir turns the traditional raises, catches sells pattern at first, gradually into the reservoir fishes primarily, the dining, the vacation, the entertainment are a body leisure fishery industry, then introduces how people use the Da Huofang reservoir’s superiority to develop leisure fishery as well as the development of the basic pattern of the reservoir’s leisure fishery, in order to summarizes successful experiences of the reservoir leisure fishery development in the past many years, and the disparity which pares with the developed country. In view of the problems during the reservoir’s development, will propose some solution for the reservoir future development, aims to unite fishery benefit, ecological benefit and social benefit, and charts a new direction for the leisure fishery.
