Just let it go! ” Then Datong’s father quoted an old Chinese proverb “you may admonish your children in front of others, and your wife, only in privacy.” It shows there are totally different attitudes to disciplining kids between Chinese and American parents. In traditional Chinese culture, beating and punishments are monly used to discipline their children. By analyzing the backgrounds of culture, intercultural munication and Business English, students could have a better understanding of why they should cultivate intercultural munication petence.
