【導(dǎo)讀】紫杉醇是天然植物的產(chǎn)物。固成束并防止其解聚的獨(dú)特作用機(jī)理，而引起人們的重視［1］。管理局批準(zhǔn)紫杉醇用于治療轉(zhuǎn)移性卵巢癌。紫杉醇的研究成為90年代抗腫瘤藥物的熱門。紫杉醇是二萜類化合物，相對分子質(zhì)量為，熔點(diǎn)為213～216℃，具有高度親脂性，不溶于水［2］。紫杉醇特異作用于細(xì)胞周期的G2期和。對腫瘤細(xì)胞起殺傷或抑制作用［3］。紫杉醇的代謝符合非線性飽和分布及排除的二室模型［4，5］。紫杉醇投藥量的25%經(jīng)膽管排泄和羥化代謝，48小時(shí)內(nèi)，應(yīng)用的最大問題，多發(fā)生在用藥的第1天，認(rèn)為紫杉醇是致敏原［7］?？棸?，并證實(shí)聚氧乙烯蓖麻油可引起組織胺釋放。4周內(nèi)有心肌梗死者及治療期間出現(xiàn)嚴(yán)重房室傳導(dǎo)阻滯或。紫杉醇可引起嚴(yán)重的腹痛，是局部神經(jīng)及胃。證實(shí)，紫杉醇可抑制DDP的毒性，兩藥之間無交叉抗藥。應(yīng)用聯(lián)合化療治療上皮性卵巢癌［23］。PT治療卵巢癌的有效率及病理緩解率，顯著高于紫杉醇單一用藥，Huinink等［25］對46例晚期初治卵巢癌病
