Proper safety gloves shall be used when handling chemicals, abrasion hazards, electrical hazards Others as required on the job basis All PPEs shall be in good conditions,Incident Reporting,It is the Grace policy to report all incidents at Grace premises. Those incidents includes: Loss time incidents/recordable incidents First aid cases Environmental incident (any chemical release or spills) Fire incident Near miss Any other incidents result in property loss of the facility. All incidents shall be reported to Grace Plant Manager. Proper incident investigation shall be followed up.,Emergency Response,An emergency alarm (sounding of an alarm in the building/plant) and PA system are used for all emergencies: fire, medical or environmental All personnel must be prepared to respond properly in evacuation situations at the site. When You Discover an Emergency such as a fire, medical, or environmental incident occurs in your building or area, you must: If you are trained and you are not in danger, put out fire immediately Report to your superior immediately Activate alarming device (break glass) Call the Site Incident Commander (if you don’t know, call security) Alert all personnel in the area Evacuate the area,Emergency Response,When You Hear an Emergency Alarm Secure equipment per local rules (if possible) Leave area as specified
