【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 其是數(shù)學(xué)，我曾問過學(xué)生是因主文科好學(xué)的文科，還是理科不好學(xué)的文科，結(jié)果學(xué)生大多是因數(shù)學(xué)不好選擇了文科。第二是學(xué)生有嚴重的偏科思想，認為認真學(xué)和不認真學(xué)最終考得的成績都差不多，進入高三以來9月月考數(shù)學(xué)較難，學(xué)生成績沒有太大的區(qū)分，使文科好的學(xué)分成績比較領(lǐng)先，導(dǎo)致學(xué)生忽視了數(shù)學(xué)。第三是由于學(xué)生上課不愿意做筆記，課后不愿意多花時間去復(fù)習(xí)和預(yù)習(xí)，使得新復(fù)習(xí)的知識沒有有效地鞏固。第四，沒有做錯題收集，不懂得對應(yīng)的版塊的高考考點，學(xué)習(xí)較盲目。第五，不會利用零碎時間，對于課前、自習(xí)前的時間不能抓住，經(jīng)常在說閑話中度過。從思想態(tài)度方面班內(nèi)的許多同學(xué)學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度還是很端正，并能積極主動完成每天的學(xué)習(xí)計劃，但一部分學(xué)生也存在一些問題，主要表現(xiàn)為：①、缺乏上進心，有相當一部分同學(xué)信心不足，沒有必勝的勇氣和信心。②、缺乏自覺性，不能按時完成作業(yè)，有抄襲、交空本子、或只是解決一些簡單的問題而缺乏深入研究難題的習(xí)慣。③、缺乏自主復(fù)習(xí)的習(xí)慣，大部分同學(xué)只是在等老師引導(dǎo)進行一輪復(fù)習(xí)，而不能夠自己動手搞好提前復(fù)習(xí)，表現(xiàn)在考試（或作業(yè)）中遇到了沒有復(fù)習(xí)的試題時，顯得毫無辦法。④、缺乏動手能力及動手習(xí)慣，對復(fù)習(xí)過的知識不能及時的進行鞏固、練習(xí)，所發(fā)的講義、練習(xí)卷等不能夠及時、認真填寫，導(dǎo)致對復(fù)習(xí)過的知識掌握的熟練程度不夠。四 應(yīng)對措施與工作方向：，利用樹立積極學(xué)習(xí)榜樣調(diào)動班級的學(xué)習(xí)氛圍，從而形成較好的學(xué)習(xí)風氣，使得學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)中增強競爭意識；；提高中等學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的成績，關(guān)心她們的學(xué)習(xí)狀況，和她們及時作出對學(xué)習(xí)方法的分析和時間分配的合理性以及如何提高學(xué)習(xí)效率等，關(guān)注她們的情緒變化；端正后進生的學(xué)習(xí)態(tài)度；，使得他們提高學(xué)習(xí)效率，從而提高自己的弱勢科目；五 具體工作措施：目標教育：結(jié)合三次月考的成績引導(dǎo)學(xué)生修訂自己的目標；并制定出下次考試的學(xué)習(xí)目標，并具體寫出在考試中自己想要取得成績和名次； 信心教育：通過勵志短文與樹立學(xué)生典型使學(xué)生獲取自信心，鼓勵學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)熱情，增強學(xué)習(xí)主動性，養(yǎng)成良好的學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣，進而進行學(xué)習(xí)方法的指導(dǎo)并教育同學(xué)之間應(yīng)該互相幫助，共同提高； 對各個階層的學(xué)生進行思想教育談話，讓其轉(zhuǎn)變思想觀念，促進學(xué)生對學(xué)習(xí)主動性的認識改變，幫其樹立切實目標，促其逐步進步；及時和思想波動學(xué)生進行溝通和交流，發(fā)現(xiàn)有厭學(xué)情緒的或有自卑心理的學(xué)生，鼓勵其對待學(xué)習(xí)成績要有平常心，加強對后進生的轉(zhuǎn)化工作，多對后進生做思想工作，穩(wěn)定后進生的思想情緒； 吸取工作中的教訓(xùn)，及時總結(jié)，與本班的任課老師共同協(xié)作，與學(xué)生家長多溝通，通過老師和家長的共同努力，提高學(xué)生每門功課的學(xué)習(xí)成績。6加強與任課教師的溝通和聯(lián)系，及時了解學(xué)生的思想，想辦法提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的興趣，提高學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的主動性。建議各位老師多找學(xué)生談話，尤其是咱們的目標生與偏科生做思想工作，多鼓勵學(xué)生，關(guān)心愛護學(xué)生?？傊?，希望通過下一階段我們的共同努力，相信我們355班一定會向著更加積極，更加上進的方向前進。謝謝大家!不足之多我指導(dǎo)!第三篇：高三英語第一次月考[推薦]ACan trees talk?
