At the li brary Wang Peng was surprised to fi nd that hi s restaurant served far too much fat and Yong H ui’s far to li ttl e. Discounts today! O ur food gi ves you energy al day! The peti ti on betwen the two restaurants was on! COME AND EAT H ERE (2) A week later, Wang Peng’s restaurant was nearl y ful and he felt happi er. Perhaps he woul d be able to earn hi s l iving after al l and not have to cl ose his restaurant. Perhaps we ought to bi ne our i deas and provide a bal anced m enu wi th foods ful of energy and fi bre. ”So that i s what they di d. They served raw vegetabl es wi th the ham burgers and boil ed the potatoes rather than fryi ng them . They served fresh frui t wi th the i ce cream. In thi s way they cut down the fat and increased the fi bre i n the meal . Thei r bal anced di ets becam e such a suces that before l ong Wang Peng becam e slimm er and Yong Hui put on m ore wei ght.
