【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 改變必須通過雙方的一致同意. Manufacturer39。s orders shall be confined in the amount from minimum to maximum agreed in the Contract. Any deviation, including but not limited to changes of materials, minimum/maximum order or design/drawing not approved in writing by the manufacturer, shall be handled according to the Clause 6 if there are any quality discrepancies arose.交貨，風(fēng)險及所有權(quán) Delivery, risk and ownership 供應(yīng)商應(yīng)將產(chǎn)品交付到協(xié)議中制造商所在地廈門，供應(yīng)商將力所能及的將貨托運至離制造商最近的貨運站。當制造商的員工到貨運站自行提貨，此時供應(yīng)商已完成交貨。供應(yīng)商有義務(wù)負責(zé)貨物的包裝，幫助制造商選擇運輸公司。 The Supplier will deliver products to Xiamen, the Manufacturer39。s address as specified in this Contract, and do everything within its capability to consign the products to the freight terminal which is nearest to the Manufacturer. The products are deemed to have been delivered when it has been taken by the Manufacturer39。s employee. The Supplier is responsible for packaging and helping to choose transporter for the Manufacturer.供應(yīng)商須根據(jù)事先確定的交貨日期準時交貨，交貨時間在收到訂單后的7個工作日確認給制造商。制造商允許供應(yīng)商在72小時內(nèi)延遲交貨,如需進一步延遲交貨時間必須直接與制造商聯(lián)系.The supplier shall deliver products on time by predetermined delivery date, which should be notified to the Manufacturer in 7 working days after receiving the order. The Manufacturer accepts that a standard delivery can be delayedpostponed delivery by the Supplier for up to 72 Supplier shall contact the Manufacturer directly in case of any further delays.由于供應(yīng)商合理控制能力外的外部因素造成的延期交貨，不應(yīng)視為違反合同。但出現(xiàn)此類情況時，供應(yīng)商仍有義務(wù)通知制造商。Postponed delivery caused by external factors which is beyond the Supplier39。s reasonable control shall not be deemed as a breach of contract. The Supplier still has obligation to inform the Manufacturer in respect to such circumstances. 制造商必須根據(jù)供應(yīng)商的交貨信息，在交貨時驗收產(chǎn)品。制造商必須在交貨后的7天內(nèi)，根據(jù)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量標準進行檢驗，如發(fā)現(xiàn)不符合質(zhì)量要求的，馬上跟供應(yīng)商聯(lián)系。 The Manufacturer shall upon delivery conduct an inspection based on the Supplier39。s delivery information.
