【文章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】 三末端。該P(yáng)CR反應(yīng)的高度特異性，可用于多重PCR分析多個(gè)SNP位點(diǎn)。本實(shí)驗(yàn)利用此方法來進(jìn)行高血壓相關(guān)基因SNPs的研究，通過關(guān)聯(lián)與連鎖分析，確定高血壓相關(guān)基因及SNPs與高血壓的關(guān)系。本實(shí)驗(yàn)擬采用DNA pooling技術(shù)檢測(cè)SNPs[2526]參考文獻(xiàn)[1]Genome International sequencing consortium.
