。 The MRPII processes are properly introduced into the production environment. That the systems supporting the process are appropriately configured / developed, tested and rolled out . Staff involved in the processes are trained and capable of performing their new responsibilities.Details of the activities and tasks to be undertaken are set out in the appendix to this document.Resources and TimingSkills and Experience RequiredThis project requires a bination of resources that bring skills and experience in MRPII, process improvement and system configuration to the project. The project will also require access to resources that have an indepth knowledge of Huawei’s current MRPII practices and procedures. The skills required by the project are listed below. Note: It is important that the scope of these skills be covered by the entire project team. It should not be expected that a single individual possess all the required skills in the categories under which they are listed. Huawei Skills: Knowledge of current MRPII business processes within Huawei. Knowledge of current systems being used in Huawei(as described in Scope and Objectives section above). Oracle Skills: Knowledge of multiorganisation system setup. Specific knowledge of the capabilities and configuration options of the following Oracle modules: Order Entry / Shipping Engineering amp。 BOM Planning WIP Inventory. System capacity planning and definition of infrastructure requirements. Oracle application Database Administration. Consultancy Skills: Project management MRPII subject matter expertise: Sales order capture and sales forecasting (capture of demand data). Production planning (sales and operations planning). Manufacturing (work scheduling, shop floor control, WIP management). Inventory management. Product distribution / installation. Packaged based business transformation including process assessment, system assessment, organisation assessment, process improvement design, solution design, implementation strategy and planning. Change managementResources RequiredTo plete this project requires a coordinated team of Huawei and consulting resources as defined below: Huawei Project Core TeamProject Steering Committee This mittee will prise the Huawei Executive Sponsors of each Huawei functional area within the scope of the project. These areas are expected to include: Manufacturing。 Marketing amp。 Sales。 and Business Reengineering amp。 IT. The role of this mittee is to review and approve remendations made by the project team.Project Manager Full time responsibility (in conjunction with the Consulting Project Manager) for overall delivery of the project. Specifically the Project Manager will be responsible for liaison with other Project Managers to ensure consistency across the overall Program。 liaison with the Consulting Project Manager to ensure project effectiveness。 and consultation with the Huawei Executive Sponsors and Huawei Management to ensure understanding and acceptability of designs and solutions.Project Core Team Members Full time role to assist consulting team with coordination of Business Department Staff, administrative arrangements for the project, word processing and preparation presentations. Huawei Business Department StaffSubject matter experts to provide advice on current practices and work with the consulting team to develop new process designs. These specialists will need to have indepth knowledge of the business process areas within the scope of the project and will need to support the project on a “as required” basis. ConsultantsProject Executive This is a part time role which includes quality review of subject matter rigour, consistency and alignment of the Project within the overall Program initiative. Project Manager This is a full time role responsible for overall project delivery (in conjunction with the Huawei Project Manager). Specifically the Project Manager will be responsible for: liaison with other Project Managers to ensure consistency across the overall Program。 liaison with the Huawei Project Manager to ensure project effectiveness。 management of consulting Teams A, B, C, D and E。 consultation with Huawei Project Executive Sponsor and Huawei management to ensure understanding and acceptability of designs and solutions.Lead Consultant This is a full time leadership role within each project team (ie. Team A, B, C, D or E). Specifically this will include responsibility for: the production of Team deliverables。 provision of subject matter expertise, leadership and issue resolution in the specific area of responsibility for their team (refer below)。 directing the new process design。 coordinating the reengineering and application specialist consultants to ensure cohesion between the process and systems.Reengineering Consultants Full time role undertaking reengineering activities at the direction of the Lead Consultant. Each consultant will be assigned to a Team (ie. one of either Team A, B, C, D or E) and have responsibility for the production of specific reengineering deliverables of the Team.Oracle Module Specialist Commencing at the Invent phase this will be a full time role. An Oracle Module Specialist will be assigned to a Team (ie. one of either TeamA, B, C, D or E) and have responsibility for: assisting the Reengineering Consultants to develop new process designs around the capabilities of the specific Oracle module being used for the process in question (refer “Number of Consulting Resources by Role”) 。 and specifying configuration requirements.Oracle Integration Consultant This will be a part time role during the Focus phase and full time during the Invent phase.
