【文章內(nèi)容簡(jiǎn)介】 寫(xiě)計(jì)劃才能寫(xiě)總結(jié)，在查看計(jì)劃總結(jié)里，一個(gè)任務(wù)的計(jì)劃和總結(jié)是單行顯示的，這樣就方便了員工對(duì)比查看。 公共模塊的實(shí)現(xiàn)公共模塊包括個(gè)人信息管理模塊、內(nèi)部郵件模塊和公司論壇模塊等。其中個(gè)人信息管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能包括修改個(gè)人信息和修改登錄密碼等，實(shí)現(xiàn)起來(lái)比較簡(jiǎn)單。下面對(duì)內(nèi)部郵件模塊和公司論壇模塊做簡(jiǎn)單介紹。 內(nèi)部郵件模塊內(nèi)部郵件模塊主要實(shí)現(xiàn)的功能是員工之間的互發(fā)郵件和互傳文件，其中傳文件是以郵件附件的形式實(shí)現(xiàn)的。一個(gè)郵件可以包含多個(gè)附件，也可以不帶附件。這個(gè)模塊里主要有發(fā)郵件、收件箱和發(fā)件箱三個(gè)欄目。其中發(fā)郵件實(shí)現(xiàn)了發(fā)送郵件的功能。如圖55所示：圖 56 發(fā)送郵件頁(yè)面收件箱裝著發(fā)送給自己的郵件，包括發(fā)件人、郵件標(biāo)題、收件時(shí)間和狀態(tài)、詳細(xì)等。其中狀態(tài)分為未讀和已讀。如果員工沒(méi)有讀此郵件，則標(biāo)記為未讀，如果員工已經(jīng)查看過(guò)此郵件，則會(huì)標(biāo)記為已讀。在詳細(xì)里分為查看和刪除，點(diǎn)擊查看可以查看此郵件的詳細(xì)信息，點(diǎn)擊刪除可以刪除此郵件。如圖56所示：圖 57 收件箱頁(yè)面發(fā)件箱裝著由自己發(fā)送出去的郵件，其大致功能和收件箱一致。 公司論壇模塊為了讓公司員工有一個(gè)相互交流的場(chǎng)所，我為本系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)了公司論壇模塊。在此模塊里實(shí)現(xiàn)了一個(gè)論壇應(yīng)具有的大致功能，包括查看所有帖子、發(fā)布帖子、發(fā)表回復(fù)，同時(shí)公司員工也可以查看由自己發(fā)布的帖子。如圖57和圖58所示：圖 58 公司論壇頁(yè)面 27 6 結(jié)論開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程是辛苦而快樂(lè)的。，開(kāi)發(fā)中總難免遇到這樣那樣的問(wèn)題，再加上還在公司實(shí)習(xí)，只能在工作之余抽出時(shí)間來(lái)做，所以開(kāi)發(fā)的有些辛苦。但是，隨著問(wèn)題的一個(gè)個(gè)解決，自己的能力有了很大的提高，雖然辛苦，但是感覺(jué)生活得很充實(shí)，特別是開(kāi)發(fā)完成后，那種成就感是很難體會(huì)到得，所以開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程也是快樂(lè)的。在開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中暴露出的很多問(wèn)題和自己的不足是值得思考的。首先是開(kāi)始做系統(tǒng)之前沒(méi)有做好全面規(guī)劃，在開(kāi)發(fā)過(guò)程中總是想到什么才去做什么，導(dǎo)致整個(gè)系統(tǒng)在實(shí)際應(yīng)用和功能方面有些缺陷，比如后來(lái)才想到的會(huì)議記錄問(wèn)題，在本系統(tǒng)中沒(méi)有實(shí)現(xiàn)。另外就是沒(méi)有深入理解公共類(lèi)的思想,系統(tǒng)中一些頁(yè)面的CS文件沒(méi)有引用到公共類(lèi)，不僅給自己造成麻煩，還產(chǎn)生了許多多余代碼。經(jīng)過(guò)這次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)，還是學(xué)到了許多東西。相信如果以后再遇到開(kāi)發(fā)項(xiàng)目的話(huà)，會(huì)避免許多類(lèi)似錯(cuò)誤的發(fā)生，也會(huì)少走許多彎路。 45 山東科技大學(xué)學(xué)士學(xué)位論文參考文獻(xiàn)：[1] [M].北京：清華大學(xué)出版社，1993，01：305337.[2] [J].中國(guó)電子商務(wù)雜志. 2003（4）：2023.[3] [M].上海： [4] [J].（5）：2328.[5] Office Automation Analyst [J].
