污染或污染少的外資企業(yè)。同時(shí),通過(guò)優(yōu)化投資環(huán)境,促進(jìn)民營(yíng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,推進(jìn)基本公共服務(wù)均等化,加快后進(jìn)地區(qū)的發(fā)展,縮小地區(qū)差距。這樣才能促進(jìn)廣東省生產(chǎn)總值的穩(wěn)步提高和經(jīng)濟(jì)的持續(xù)快速增長(zhǎng)。摘要:利用柯布—道格拉斯生產(chǎn)函數(shù),以1999年和2005年數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ),對(duì)常德市農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)的實(shí)際情況進(jìn)行量化分析,以農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)值為產(chǎn)出因子,選擇勞動(dòng)力、化肥投入、機(jī)械總動(dòng)力、耕地面積和有效灌溉面積為投入因子,利用EVIEW計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)軟件建立投入產(chǎn)出模型。通過(guò)計(jì)量經(jīng)濟(jì)模型對(duì)比分析發(fā)現(xiàn),從1999年到2005年常德市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)值大幅增加的主導(dǎo)影響因素依然是耕地面積,相對(duì)1999年勞動(dòng)力和農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械總動(dòng)力的影響而言,2005年化肥投入量和農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械總動(dòng)力的影響增強(qiáng),而勞動(dòng)力則表現(xiàn)出剩余現(xiàn)象。說(shuō)明今后常德市農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)應(yīng)做好耕地資源的開(kāi)源與節(jié)流工作,重視農(nóng)業(yè)科技和農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械化發(fā)展,調(diào)整農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)促進(jìn)勞動(dòng)力資源合理利用及優(yōu)化農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)類型的布局。 關(guān)鍵詞:常德市;農(nóng)業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出;模型分析 Abstract: Use the CobbDouglas production function to 1999 and 2005 data,Changde City of agricultural production on the actual conduct of quantitative analysis, choose the output value of agriculture as output factor,choose labor,fertilizer inputs,Dynamic mechanical total,arable land area and the area of effective irrigation as input factor,using eviews software construct inputoutput model through parative analysis found that From 1999 to 2005,Changde City, agricultural output increased substantially dominant factor remains the area of arable land,1999 relative labor and the total power of agricultural machinery impact,2005 fertilizer inputs and the total power of agricultural machinery to enhance the impact,while the labor showed a residual phenomenon. Changde City indication of future production should focus on protecting arable land,while striving to improve agricultural technology,and to address the problem of rural surplus labor. Keywords: Changde City; Multiple regression;CobbDouglas production function 引言 農(nóng)業(yè)投入直接影響著農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)出,勞動(dòng)力、機(jī)械動(dòng)力、化肥、灌溉等投入要素,不同農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)區(qū)域有所不同。預(yù)測(cè)農(nóng)業(yè)投入與產(chǎn)出之間的相互關(guān)系,對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)投入與產(chǎn)出效益進(jìn)行量化分析能有效的指導(dǎo)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)。史明瑛、朱云鵑(1999)通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)單相關(guān)分析模型和線性回歸等多種模型對(duì)安徽省1978年至1997年的農(nóng)業(yè)投入產(chǎn)出進(jìn)行了分析,得出農(nóng)業(yè)機(jī)械總動(dòng)力對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)總產(chǎn)值影響最大以及化肥是糧食增產(chǎn)的主要因素的結(jié)論[1];時(shí)訓(xùn)柳、洪林等(2001)通過(guò)對(duì)漳河灌區(qū)水稻灌溉方式的比較研究,對(duì)節(jié)水灌溉與傳統(tǒng)灌溉兩種方式對(duì)農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)出的影響進(jìn)行了探討[2];孔朝莉,楊啟昌(2006)運(yùn)用主成分分析法對(duì)我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)農(nóng)業(yè)投入進(jìn)行了分析,得出發(fā)展節(jié)水、節(jié)肥的精準(zhǔn)農(nóng)業(yè)將是今后我國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的重要方向[3]。常德市素有“魚(yú)米之鄉(xiāng)”美稱,為了積極推動(dòng)常德從農(nóng)業(yè)大市向農(nóng)業(yè)強(qiáng)市轉(zhuǎn)變,對(duì)其農(nóng)業(yè)投入與產(chǎn)出之間的相互關(guān)系進(jìn)行積極探討,從而為整個(gè)常德的農(nóng)業(yè)投入提供
