Provide sufficient quantities of fire extinguishers in the temporary warehouse, electric distribution room, office, which will be controlled by the special person.臨時(shí)倉庫、配電房、辦公室內(nèi)應(yīng)配備足夠數(shù)量的滅火器材，專人管理；b. no smoking and hot work are allowed in the warehouse, inflammable and explosive material yards.存放易燃、易爆物品場地、倉庫不允許吸煙、動(dòng)火，嚴(yán)禁將火種帶入其內(nèi)； （2） Electricity requirement用電要求a. Allocate a special electrician responsible for installation, zeroing and grounding connection of electric circuit and electrical equipment in temporary facilities area, and inspection and repair.配備專業(yè)電工負(fù)責(zé)臨設(shè)區(qū)電氣線路、電氣設(shè)備的安裝、接地接零和檢查維修；b. In the electrical circuit, provide overload, shortcircuit and electric shock protective devices電氣線路有過載、短路、觸電保護(hù)裝置；c. Keep clean in the transformer room with warning signal of fireproofing and electric shock proofing.變電房應(yīng)保護(hù)清潔，有防火、防觸電警告標(biāo)志； HSE tagging control HSE標(biāo)識(shí)管理Carry out HSE tagging control work。 provide potential danger warning and control to assure safe work.實(shí)施HSE標(biāo)識(shí)管理，提供施工環(huán)境潛在危險(xiǎn)警示和控制，確保施工作業(yè)安全，預(yù)防事故發(fā)生。 The basic form of signing and tagging is divided into two kinds . tag plate and tag標(biāo)識(shí)的基本形式分為標(biāo)識(shí)牌、標(biāo)識(shí)帶兩種： HSE signing applicable scope HSE標(biāo)識(shí)牌適用標(biāo)識(shí)范圍（1） Formal HSE signing applicable scope 正規(guī)性HSE標(biāo)識(shí)牌的適用標(biāo)識(shí)范圍：a. Potential danger work position and area 具有潛在危險(xiǎn)的施工部位和場所；b. Hazardous storage at site 倉庫和施工現(xiàn)場的危險(xiǎn)品存放場所。 （2） Informal HSE signing applicable scope非正規(guī)性HSE標(biāo)識(shí)牌的適用范圍a. Temporary work area signing臨時(shí)性的工程部位標(biāo)識(shí)；b. Temporary work warning signing臨時(shí)性的作業(yè)警示標(biāo)識(shí)。 Tagline applicable scope標(biāo)識(shí)帶的適用標(biāo)識(shí)范圍（1） Around the equipment and pump installation area機(jī)泵類安裝作業(yè)現(xiàn)場周圍；（2） Around the removal work area拆除作業(yè)現(xiàn)場周圍；（3） Around hydraulic test area試壓作業(yè)場地周圍； HSE signing control requirementHSE標(biāo)識(shí)管理要求（1） The formal HSE signing and tagline within the work scope will be prepared a procurement plan by HSE control group and procured by material procurement department.施工生產(chǎn)范圍內(nèi)正規(guī)性HSE標(biāo)識(shí)牌和標(biāo)識(shí)帶，由HSE管理組負(fù)責(zé)提出采購計(jì)劃，設(shè)材部負(fù)責(zé)購置，HSE管理組負(fù)責(zé)發(fā)放并組織實(shí)施；（2） The informal temporary HSE signing within the work scope will be fabricated by construction team.施工范圍內(nèi)的非正規(guī)性臨時(shí)HSE標(biāo)識(shí)牌，由施工隊(duì)負(fù)責(zé)制作和實(shí)施；（3） HSE control group is responsible for supervision, inspection and implementation of HSE signing HSE管理組負(fù)責(zé)HSE標(biāo)識(shí)的監(jiān)督檢查和實(shí)施；（4） HSE signing should not be removed or damaged without notice. If loss and damage are found, immediately replace a new one. The worker who forces to damage it should be punished according to regulation.HSE標(biāo)識(shí)不得擅自拆除或損壞，若發(fā)現(xiàn)缺損，應(yīng)按要求及時(shí)更換，故意損害者，應(yīng)按規(guī)定進(jìn)行處罰。 PPE control勞動(dòng)保護(hù)用品管理PPE includes working clothes, safety helmet, special protective overalls, working shoes, gloves, glasses, earplugs and filtered masks, etc.本項(xiàng)目施工范圍內(nèi)的勞動(dòng)保護(hù)用品主要包括工作服、安全帽、特殊防護(hù)服、防護(hù)鞋、防護(hù)手套、護(hù)目鏡、耳塞和過濾面具等。（1） PPE application requirement 勞動(dòng)防護(hù)用品的使用要求a. All the workers into the construction site should wear PPE according to regulations. 進(jìn)入施工生產(chǎn)區(qū)域的所有員工，必須按規(guī)定穿戴勞動(dòng)防護(hù)用品、用具；b. The workers whose work will injure their eyes should wear goggles and masks.從事具有傷害眼睛工作的員工，均應(yīng)戴護(hù)目鏡、面罩等防護(hù)用品；c. The workers who work with chemical test agents should wear rubber gloves and aprons and other protective equipment.從事接觸含刺激或損害皮膚的化學(xué)試劑工作的員工，均應(yīng)按規(guī)定配戴橡膠手套、防護(hù)圍裙及其它適合的防護(hù)用具；d. Working under such a condition as noise exceeding 85 dB, should use earplugs or other effective protective measures.在噪聲超過85分貝環(huán)境下工作時(shí)，應(yīng)戴耳塞或采取其它有效的防護(hù)措施；e. Working under smoking and powder dust condition, should wear filtered mask在煙霧和粉塵環(huán)境下工作時(shí)應(yīng)佩戴過濾面具；f. Working under the condition of meters high above ground, workers should wear safety harness of double hook buffer belt.；g. Wear longsleeved shirts at worksite. No shorts are allowed.在施工現(xiàn)場應(yīng)穿長袖衫，嚴(yán)禁穿短褲；h. Only the worker passing training can wear special aspirator equipment 只有經(jīng)過培訓(xùn)合格的人員才能佩戴特殊的呼吸設(shè)備。 Firefighting消防（1） Firefighting chief消防負(fù)責(zé)人a. HSE group appoints a fulltime chief responsible for site firefighting work. HSE管理組應(yīng)設(shè)專人負(fù)責(zé)現(xiàn)場的消防工作；b. Firefighting chief responsibility消防負(fù)責(zé)人的職責(zé)：216。 Check if the fire extinguisher is placed in a suitable position and ；216。 Check if the rubbish and inflammables on the ground are cleared away every ；216。 Check if all the lamp and equipment are shut off according to ；216。 Report to the relevant department for potential fire 。（2） Fire extinguisher滅火器a. Fire extinguishers should be in good condition. The used and empty fire extinguishers should be immediately ，應(yīng)立即更換使用過或空的滅火器。 Wastes treatment廢物處理（1） rubbish and wastes should be removed after approval by 、廢物和其它不需要的材料的處理方式必須征得AKC認(rèn)可方可進(jìn)行；（2） burning rubbish is not allowed嚴(yán)禁隨意燃燒垃圾；（3） when handling, storing and treating special wastes with hazard, pollution or radioactivity, report to AKC before 24 hours, take preventive measures and make special 、貯存和特殊處理的有害、污染或輻射性的廢物，在實(shí)施搬運(yùn)、貯存和特殊處理之前24小時(shí)，應(yīng)向AKC呈交有關(guān)的危險(xiǎn)細(xì)節(jié)、采取預(yù)防措施以及所作的特殊安排；（4） Flammable wastes should be placed in a metal container far away from the fire （浸油、油脂廢物）必須放置在離火源盡可能遠(yuǎn)的安全的金屬容器內(nèi)；（5） Hazardous wastes should be stored and handled more strictly according to national standard or local rules and regulations有害廢物（如含石棉、鉛等）必須按照國際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)或地方規(guī)則是相對(duì)更嚴(yán)格的要求進(jìn)行貯存和處理；6.
