lient(8)工程上使用的材料和施工質量的檢驗權和義務發(fā)現不合格材料應通知承包方，如果承包人在接到通知后仍繼續(xù)使用該不合格材料, 監(jiān)理人必須及時通知委托人, 讓承包人不得繼續(xù)使用 對于不符合設計要求和合同約定及國家質量標準的材料,構配件,設備, 監(jiān)理人有義務通知委托人讓承包人停止使用。對于不符合規(guī)范和質量標準的工序,分部分項工程和不安全的施工作業(yè), 監(jiān)理人有義務及時通知委托人，監(jiān)理人有權讓承包人停工整改,返工 承包人只有通過委托人收到監(jiān)理機構發(fā)出復工令后才能復工(9)rights and bligatin t he, supervise the prgress f
