【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 part of the turnover stipulated in Article 5. 12. 工業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán) Industrial Property Rights 在本協(xié)議有效期內(nèi)，為銷售有關(guān)洗衣機(jī)，乙方可以使用甲方擁有的商標(biāo)，并承認(rèn)使用于或包含于洗衣機(jī)中的任何專利商標(biāo)、版權(quán)或其他工業(yè)產(chǎn)權(quán)為甲方獨家擁有。 一旦發(fā)現(xiàn)侵權(quán)，乙方應(yīng)立即通知甲方并協(xié)助甲方采取措施保護(hù)甲方權(quán)益。 Party B may use the trademarks ow ned by Party A for the sale of the Washing Machines covered herein w ithin the validity of this agreement, and shall acknow ledge that all patents, trademarks, copy rights or any other industrial property rights used or embodied in the Washing Machines shall remain to be the sole properties of Party A.
