【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 。 （大鼠體表面積比值）=85mg/kg 安樂死藥物與方法 ? 吸入性藥劑 ? 非吸入性 (化學性）藥劑 ? 物理性方法 首選使用過量的化學性麻醉劑?？蒲兴锜o法使用麻醉藥時，使用物理性安樂死方法。 吸入性藥劑 ? 常用藥物：乙醚、氮氣、一氧化碳、二氧化碳等； ? 注意對人體有害，須在通風良好場所進行； ? 二氧化碳常用于嚙齒類實驗動物，兔子以上中大型動物較不建議使用。吸入 40%二氧化碳很快達到麻醉效果，長時間吸入則動物死亡。 非吸入性 (化學性）藥劑 ? 靜脈注射是最佳選擇。腹腔注射需較高劑量且可能使動物死亡時間延長及死前掙扎。 ? 巴比妥鹽及衍生物是首選藥物。 ? 深度麻醉中的動物可以快速靜脈注射KCl(2mmol/kg)來完成安樂死。 物理性方法 ? 包括頸椎脫臼、放血、電擊等； ? 頸椎脫臼法常用于體重低于 200克的嚙齒類動物、禽類及體重低于一公斤的仔兔； ? 實驗需要無法使用化學性藥物或二氧化碳時，可利用斷頭臺（嚙齒類實驗動物及仔兔）； ? 如需放血時，動物需麻醉后進行。 Definition: Transgenic Animal ?
