Cressey, 1996）。這與 《 詞典 》 中給“城市病”所給的定義：“現(xiàn)代大城市中普遍存在的人口過(guò)多、用水用電緊張、交通擁堵、環(huán)境惡化等社會(huì)問(wèn)題”以及“由于上述原因使城市人容易患的身心疾病”不符。根據(jù) 《 詞典 》中對(duì)該詞的兩種解釋?zhuān)P者將兩層意思試合譯為“ problems arising from overpopulation in big cities such as pressure on electricity and water supply, heavy traffic and environmental deterioration, and consequently health problems”。 ? 二人世界 two people’s world 這與時(shí)下流行的“ DINK一族（ Double/dual ine, no kids）”很相似。因此可改譯為： Dink families 。 紅色網(wǎng)站 redweb 對(duì)這種文化內(nèi)涵豐富的（ culturallyloaded）詞條建議采用意譯。可改為： politicallyminded/ oriented web 。 灰客 grey hacker 根據(jù)黑客對(duì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的破壞程度不同，在英語(yǔ)中，人們將其分為三種，分別是： white hat hacker（白帽子黑客 , 無(wú)惡意地研究網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的漏洞，并追求發(fā)明最先進(jìn)技術(shù)讓大家共享的黑客，被稱(chēng)之為“白帽子黑客”）、 black hat hacker（以破壞入侵為目的的黑客，被冠以“黑帽子黑客”）、 grey hat hacker（界于上述兩者之間的，叫做“灰帽子黑客”）。據(jù)此，上面的“灰客”英語(yǔ)中應(yīng)為“ grey hat hacker” 。 其他如“五個(gè)一工程”、“三個(gè)代表”、“三講”、“三無(wú)產(chǎn)品”、“三無(wú)企業(yè)”等反映我國(guó)國(guó)情的詞條 《 詞典 》 給出的都是漢語(yǔ)字面意思的直譯，都需要作解釋性翻譯，這類(lèi)詞條可參考 《 中國(guó)翻譯 》 、 《 英語(yǔ)世界 》 等刊物中有關(guān)新詞語(yǔ)翻譯的相關(guān)部分。 ? 6. 多重譯法的問(wèn)題 該詞典對(duì)有的詞條列出了不止一種譯法，如“訪問(wèn)” (access, visiting)、“網(wǎng)吧”（ Inter bar, cybercafe）等，而有些重要詞條卻只給出了一種譯法，可考慮增加其他譯法。如： 新詞語(yǔ) 原譯文 增加譯文 ? 轉(zhuǎn)基因 GM, geically modified geically altered 環(huán)境友好材料 environmentally friendly material environmentfriendly material 單親家庭 singleparent family oneparent family 風(fēng)險(xiǎn)投資 venture capital risk capital , risk investment ? 售后服務(wù) aftersale service after care service , after service 工薪階層 salaried persons salary persons 骨髓移植 bone marrow transplantation bone marrow transplant 細(xì)胞移植 cell transplantation cell transplant ? 假幣 bad money counterfeit money 知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì) knowledge economy knowledgebased economy 網(wǎng)戀 online love affair romance on the inter 手機(jī) mobile phone cellphone, cellular phone ? 7. 還舶來(lái)品以真面目 有些新詞語(yǔ)是經(jīng)港臺(tái)的媒體傳到大陸，這類(lèi)詞語(yǔ)本身就是從英語(yǔ)中借用而來(lái)，翻譯這類(lèi)詞條就要注意回譯問(wèn)題。如： 資訊 data “資訊”是港臺(tái)地區(qū)對(duì)英文“ information”的翻譯，近來(lái)漸漸成為一種時(shí)尚詞語(yǔ)，部分取代了原來(lái)的“信息、資料、消息”等譯法（包銘新，2021： 70）。因此，“資訊”對(duì)應(yīng)的英文應(yīng)為“ information”。 ? 殘障 disabled “殘障”是“殘疾”（ handicapped , disabled）的委婉語(yǔ)，是港臺(tái)地區(qū)對(duì)英文委婉語(yǔ)“ challenged”的漢譯，也是英美國(guó)家的政客們?yōu)榱瞬辉谡紊鲜プ约旱牧?chǎng)（ politically correct）而創(chuàng)設(shè)的新詞語(yǔ)（旋元佑， 1998：218）。因此，建議將原譯 “ disabled”改為 “ challenged”或 “ otherly abled”(這是 “ disabled”的另一委婉語(yǔ) )，以求取得“與時(shí)俱進(jìn)”之效。 第一時(shí)間 to be the first 這是對(duì)英語(yǔ)中“ first time”的翻譯，經(jīng)由香港傳入內(nèi)地（朱永鍇， 1995： 53）。因此，原譯文應(yīng)改為“ first time” ? 瘦身 這是通過(guò)香港粵語(yǔ)進(jìn)入漢語(yǔ)的一個(gè)新外來(lái)詞，來(lái)自英文“ on diet”（鄒嘉彥，游汝杰， 2021： 20）。原譯文“ slim”應(yīng)做相應(yīng)修改。 回譯也適用于一些來(lái)自英語(yǔ)的專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)。陳原先生強(qiáng)調(diào)，術(shù)語(yǔ)具有單一性，一個(gè)術(shù)語(yǔ)只能有一義，不能有第二義。反過(guò)來(lái)一個(gè)概念只能有一個(gè)術(shù)語(yǔ)來(lái)表示，不能用第二個(gè)術(shù)語(yǔ)表示（ 2021： 16）。因此，對(duì)這類(lèi)詞就要依照“名從主人”的原則。筆者對(duì) 《 詞典 》 中有些來(lái)自英文專(zhuān)業(yè)術(shù)語(yǔ)的漢語(yǔ)新詞語(yǔ)的譯文和 《 科技術(shù)語(yǔ)研究 》 給出的英文術(shù)語(yǔ)做了一個(gè)對(duì)比，發(fā)現(xiàn)在術(shù)語(yǔ)的回譯方面 《 詞典 》 的譯文還是存在欠缺，這對(duì)于術(shù)語(yǔ)的規(guī)范化極為不利。 ? 8. 個(gè)別詞條英譯欠佳 有些詞條由于對(duì)原文的理解不夠準(zhǔn)確或由于疏忽，譯文不夠準(zhǔn)確。這里列舉出來(lái)，并提供新的譯文。 上網(wǎng) 《 詞典 》 給出的譯文為 on line 實(shí)為“在線”之意。似應(yīng)改為：surf the inter、 go on line、 get wired、 log on the 等短語(yǔ)。 搞定 work it 似乎是后面丟了一個(gè)詞 “ out”。 裸奔 streak 香港譯為“裸跑”，來(lái)自英文“ streaking”。應(yīng)稍作改動(dòng)。 ? 商品房 mercial residential building 該詞語(yǔ)已有定譯，既“ mercial housing”。同樣，已經(jīng)由中國(guó)譯協(xié)中譯外委員會(huì)確定譯名的新詞語(yǔ)有⑤：優(yōu)先股 preferred share 定譯：preference stock ，外企 foreign enterprise 定譯： overseasfunded enterprise，素質(zhì)教育 qualityoriented education 定譯： education for allround development 形象工程 image projects定譯： projects designed to build images of local officials 人才市場(chǎng) the personnel market 定譯： human resources pool 弱勢(shì)群體 the disadvantaged 定譯：disadvantaged groups 生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè) ecoagriculture定譯：environment(ally)friendly agriculture。為規(guī)范翻譯市場(chǎng)，提高翻譯質(zhì)量，建議采用該委員會(huì)確定的譯名。 ? 村務(wù)公開(kāi) disclosure of village affairs “disclosure”讓人聯(lián)想到的是“揭發(fā)”、“揭露”?？赡７乱延卸ㄗg的“政務(wù)公開(kāi)”（ make government affairs public），改譯為： make village affairs public (to the villagers)。 信息化 informationalize the national economy and society 也稱(chēng)“國(guó)
