【文章內(nèi)容簡介】 18 開證申請人（進(jìn)口商） 受益人（出口商） 付款行 /開證行 通知行 /議付行 ① ② ③ ⑤ ④ ⑧ ⑦ ⑥ 19 開證申請人（進(jìn)口商） 受益人（出口商） 付款行 /開證行 通知行 /議付行 ① ② ③ ⑤ ④ ⑧ ⑦ ⑥ ① 進(jìn)出口商在貿(mào)易合同中，規(guī)定使用 L/C方式支付； 20 開證申請人（進(jìn)口商） 受益人（出口商） 付款行 /開證行 通知行 /議付行 ① ② ③ ⑤ ④ ⑧ ⑥ ② 進(jìn)口商向當(dāng)?shù)劂y行提出申請，填寫開證申請書，依照合同填寫各項(xiàng)規(guī)定和要求，并交納押金，請開證行開證； ⑦ 21 開證申請人（進(jìn)口商） 受益人（出口商） 付款行 /開證行 通知行 /議付行 ① ② ③ ⑤ ④ ⑧ ⑥ ③ 開證行根據(jù)申請書的內(nèi)容，向出口人開出 L/C，并寄交出口人所在地分行或代理行（統(tǒng)稱通知行）； ⑦ 22 開證申請人（進(jìn)口商） 受益人（出口商） 付款行 /開證行 通知行 /議付行 ① ② ③ ⑤ ④ ⑧ ⑥ ④ 通知行核對印鑒無誤后，將L/C轉(zhuǎn)交給出口人； ⑦ 23 開證申請人（進(jìn)口商） 受益人（出口商） 付款行 /開證行 通知行 /議付行 ① ② ③ ⑤ ④ ⑧ ⑥ ⑤ 出口人審核 L/C條款與合同相符后，按 L/C規(guī)定裝運(yùn)貨物并備齊各項(xiàng)貨物單據(jù)，開出匯票，在 L/C有效期內(nèi)，送請當(dāng)?shù)劂y行議付。議付行按L/C條款審核無誤后，按匯票金額扣除利息和費(fèi)用，把貨款墊付給出口人； ⑦ 24 開證申請人（進(jìn)口商） 受益人（出口商） 付款行 /開證行 通知行 /議付行 ① ② ③ ⑤ ④ ⑧ ⑥ ⑥ 議付行將匯票和貨物單據(jù)寄交開證行或其指定銀行索償； ⑦ 25 開證申請人（進(jìn)口商） 受益人（出口商） 付款行 /開證行 通知行 /議付行 ① ② ③ ⑤ ④ ⑧ ⑥ ⑦ 開證行或其指定付款行核對單據(jù)是否有誤。若相符，則付款；若有問題，則拒付；議付行再向受益人行使追索權(quán)； ⑦ 26 開證申請人（進(jìn)口商） 受益人（出口商） 付款行 /開證行 通知行 /議付行 ① ② ③ ⑤ ④ ⑧ ⑥ ⑧ 開證行通知進(jìn)口人付款贖單，在進(jìn)口人付款贖單之前，開證行對單據(jù)有留置權(quán)（ Lien），以保護(hù)自己的權(quán)益。 ⑦ 27 ① Contract to settlement by a letter of credit 進(jìn)出口商在貿(mào)易合同中，規(guī)定使用 L/C方式支付； ② Requesting for issuing a letter of credit,making out irrevocable documentary credit application. 進(jìn)口商向當(dāng)?shù)劂y行提出申請，填寫開證申請書，依照合同規(guī)定填寫各項(xiàng)規(guī)定和要求，并交納押金，請開證行開證； ③ Opening of a letter of credit 開證行根據(jù)申請書的內(nèi)容，向出口人開出 L/C，并寄交出口人所在地分行或代理行（統(tǒng)稱通知行）； ④ Advising the beneficiary 通知行核對印鑒無誤后，將 L/C轉(zhuǎn)交給出口人； 28 ⑤ The beneficiary(seller)ships the goods to the buyer and obtains a negotiable transport document from the shipping firm/ seller prepares and presents a document package to the negogiating negotiating bank reviews the document package making certain the documents are in conformity with the terms of the credit and pays the seller. 出口人審核 L/C條款與合同相符后，按 L/C規(guī)定裝運(yùn)貨物并備齊各項(xiàng)貨物單據(jù)，開出匯票，在L/C有效期內(nèi)，送請當(dāng)?shù)劂y行議付。議付行按 L/C條款審核無誤后，按匯票金額扣除利息和費(fèi)用，把貨款墊付給出口人； 29 ⑥ The negotiating bank sends the document package by mail or by courier to the issing bank. 議付行將匯票和貨物單據(jù)寄交開證行或其指定銀行索償； ⑦ The issuing bank reviews the document package making certain the documents are in conformity with the terms of the credit, pays the negotiating bank. 開證行或其指定付款行核對單據(jù)是否有誤。若相符，則付款；若有問題，則拒付；議付行再向受益人行使追索權(quán)； 30 ⑧ The issuing bank advices the buyer that the document have buyer reviews the document package making certain the documents are in conformity with the terms of credit,and makes a cash payment to the issuing bank,or signes an acceptance.
