If Party B has special requirements or needs additional water, electric, airconditioning and firecontrol facilities, Party B must first apply to Party A. The added facilities can be used only after the approval of Party A. Party B shall bear all the expenses thus incurred. 4. 對(duì)本合同條款予以保密,除非應(yīng)法律、法院判決或行政命令的要求,未經(jīng)乙方許可,不向甲方及乙方以外任何第三方透露,但甲方律師及 /或顧問不在此限。 The terms of this contract shall be kept secret.
