Abstract
Despite suffering a large number of industrial accidents and
occupational diseases, rural workers, especially those in construction
trade yet enjoy no corresponding industrial injury insurance to give them
aid and protection. This, to a certain extent, has violated the rule of
social just, and is unfavorable for the construction of a harmonious
society. At present Low awareness of rural workers’pensation insurance,
low insurance, low coverage, high incident is mainly due to that the
government fails to exercise effective control and supervision。 the
enterprises bear heavily。 the rural workers’ qualities are not high
enough and so on. Only the government fulfils its responsibility in rural
worker’s industrial injury insurance conscientiously, set up a mechanism
in which both enterprises and rural workers should pay premium , promote
rural worker’s safeguarding awareness, could the problems in rural
workers’ industrial injury insurance be solved effectively.
