六、甲方義務(wù)ObligationsofPartyA

七、乙方義務(wù)ObligationsofPartyB

，乙方不得將承租的廠房轉(zhuǎn)租，并愛(ài)護(hù)使用該廠房，如因乙方過(guò)失或過(guò)錯(cuò)致使廠房及設(shè)施受損，乙方應(yīng)承擔(dān)賠償責(zé)任。
