六、甲方義務(wù)ObligationsofPartyA

七、乙方義務(wù)ObligationsofPartyB

PartyBmaydecoratethepremisesandaddnewfacilitieswithPartyA’,PartyBmaytakeawaytheaddedfacilitieswhichareremovablewithoutchangingthegoodconditionsofthepremisesfornormaluse.
，乙方不得將承租的廠房轉(zhuǎn)租，并愛護使用該廠房，如因乙方過失或過錯致使廠房及設(shè)施受損，乙方應(yīng)承擔賠償責任。
